Bad customer service. Paid for 3 dollars cheese sauce at the mother road location meal was supposed to come with dill ranch but it was left out. Not a big deal but I was in a hurry so I stopped at the 11th street location and asked if they would be willing to help me but nope!!! Not their problem, inventory is too important to give an angry customer a .75 cents cup of ranch. Had to pay an extra 80 cents just to enjoy the meal I already paid for.
The lady behind the counter was very rude and had a bad look on her face. Not sure if she's having a bad day but she's a terrible front for your company.

Nashville chicken sandwich was really good for the price and had really good flavor even though I would go with hot instead of medium next time but literally the only reason why I’m writing a mid-level review is because of the utter disappointment with what they called cheese fries. Had I gotten their unseasoned fries, I could have saved an extra $3.75. I didn’t realize their cheese fries are literally just their unseasoned fries with melted velveeta cheese lmao! $3.75 ON TOP of $2.25 for fries that had no flavor at all is ridiculous. Save yourself the extra couple bucks and just get the seasoned fries. Unless you WANT unseasoned fries, that would work too. My photo speaks for itself. Sad all around.
Had they had LITERALLY anything else added to it, it would have made it better.

This place is amazing, the chicken is juicy and you can pick your personal spice level, I got the potato salad on the side and I dream of it everyday nothing less than incredible I would drive to Tulsa just to get food here, we definitely need one in every state (especially Branson Mo)

My chicken sandwich was supposed to be the “Hot” spice level and it was not spicy at all. There is not spice on it like usual. It tastes like mild. I guess next time I need to order extra hot? I’ve been here many times and never had ordered a hot and have it not be spicy AT ALL. Very disappointing because I live 30 minutes away and it’s not like I can go back and get it remade. I also rarely go and whenever I do it’s like a little treat because I love spicy food and this was not spicy at all…. The seasoning is not there at all. This looks like one of the mild chickens.

Food was good but after about 2-3 hours of eating it I have been vomiting non stop. Their chicken just sits out and it’s not even under a heat lamp. I’m not sure if that’s why I’m sick but either way this is the first place in my entire life that I have gotten food poisoning from.
