I can't say enough about this place. Dee the manager agreed to redo my order after a few things were missing on my door dash order. She was so kind and when I went back today a very kind young lady name Eva remade everything and didn't get upset or have an attitude. She was so kind and patient and made sure everything was in the order this time. Kudos to Eva and Dee.

I love this place but tonight was the worst service ever went inside ordered Togo and it took 30 min then my order was wrong I was given cold mashed potatoes and I asked for gravy but no gravy either. When I called the store and spoke to D the manager I advised the manager about my experience and she kept asking if I was sure I came in. They left the young girl working drive thru by herself to do the window and the food which she was struggling. Then the manager came out stai by it was 9:30 and started pulling food trays saying to hurry up.
Listen y’all you gotta get down to chicken express and go through drive-through and have the experience of meeting Grace! She was so nice!! I hate to say that a review gets made because someone was nice but in today’s age it is so refreshing to have someone who is so quick and efficient in the drive-through! For no joke, we had to wait a few minutes for our chicken because they were probably making it fresh which is no good excuse but she gave us drinks for waiting! She didn’t have to do that, but she was thoughtful and my three kids decided that we needed to leave a review just based on our experience!

This did not deter me from rating lower, but as of May 29, 2025 at 8:30PM, the toilet in the women's restroom does not flush at all, though was mostly clean despite that, luckily. Besides that, the location was impressively clean as they were prepping for close. The food is good quality Chicken Express. I ordered the #1, which typically only comes with one biscuit (or roll) and four tenders. Instead, I was given two biscuits and TEN tenders, assuming because they were readying for close. However, closing time isn't until 10PM, so I was a bit shocked. Employees were also kind despite being obviously exhausted, proving it's possible to be both. Overall, I am very pleased with our choice in stopping here.
