The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful with making suggestions. It was my first time. They offered to provide samples of anything I wanted to try before I purchased. A lot of different flavors of chicken salad.
We have been to the one in Texas first. The one in Tulsa is good and close to St. Francis Hospital. The food tastes salty ? ? only because I'm on such a restricted diet anymore.

She got it! The Lauryn’s Lemon Basil sandwich with a side of chips. I ordered their spicy, everything but the kitchen sink version of chicken salad, the Kickin’ Kay Lynne with a side of Poblano Chicken Soup. The lady at the counter warned me that both were spicy. My wife chuckled and I snorted; we shall see. The lady at the counter was really nice and helpful....
