Got a door dash order this evening containing 2 kids meals chicken Alfredo with side salad, it was absolutely AMAZING! perfect amount of ranch for my salad, chicken was perfectly cut in small pieces for my Alfredo! I work in the restaurant industry and I can hole heartedly say good job guys!

I know its just a Chillis, but this particular Chillis had the best service and food I have had in all of the restaurants I have had. The service was quick and the food was amazing. If you have a choice, choose this one.
I've eaten at this Chilis for 25+ years with some inconcenties in the past, but lately it has been absolutely horrible. Food is horrible, service is off and cleanliness is bad. I always enjoyed there chips and salsa, but tonight, like the last 3 times it is just colored water. Chips were burnt again and burger was really dry and no taste. A lot of this is just pure management issues. I really hate that they have gone down so badly, but just can't stomach it any longer. Not sure if there actually cooking the food or pulling it out of the fridge and warming it up in the convection oven.

My wife and I came here for our 12 year anniversary dinner on Friday the 11th as I have never been to a Chili's and it was not the best experience the service was great but the food was sub par I got the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich bun was about normal size with a piece of chicken that was less then half the size of the bun fries came with it but for the price only getting 12 fries plus mostly bun not worth it
