We started our Friday night dining experience by immediately changing tables to a table tucked in the back right corner away from the focused bright led lights. Our server kaylinda was warming and inviting, walking through drinks and appetizers. We chose the southwest egg rolls which were the best thing we had tonight. For dinner we chose the ribeye meal, and the surf and turf. That unfortunately is where the meal started to go down hill. We asked for medium rare on the steaks, the surf and turf steak coming back medium and the ribeye coming back well done. Kaitlyninda asked us how the meal was and we told her the steak was pretty well done, she said she’d have a refire going for us. After about 10 minutes of waiting on the refire she brought us back another ribeye in the same condition. The potato’s, mac n cheese, and steak all could have used salt, no shakers are provided at the table either. The two meals with two drinks ran us about 87 dollars before tip and it was truly not worth even half of that, we brought the steak home for our dog to eat. One way katielynn did make up was by offering us a dessert on her and it was delicious. Molten lava cake. I personally wouldn’t recommend chilis to anyone.

Manager was very rude and unhelpful, all I wanted was to have my order remade to the correct item I ordered, manager really seemed like she didn't want to be there or be talking to me about the issue much less do anything to make it right or resolve it super unprofessional

Chilis slaps Every. Single. Time. I've never had a bad experience at this location. I've loved chilis since I was in high school. I still remember when the triple dipper came out, and I'm glad it's now a part of their permanent menu. It's the perfect family restaurant and the staff at this location are always on point. The restaurant and restrooms are nice and clean and the food is always hot and fresh!
