Chicken fajitas- toughest chicken I have ever tried to eat. It is lunchtime during the middle of the week so I wouldn’t expect the food to be reheated, but the chicken was absolutely awful.

Bailey was not nice. A customer by us had sat here for 20 minutes and had a flight to catch, (mind u they were not busy) when ms. Bailey came over to get their drink order and put in an appetizer/food order as well to get it started cooking, she claimed “well rn I’m just going to get your drinks” and the customer said how they were trying to catch a flight and just wanted to place it together. Bailey caught an attitude and was grossly rude to said customer. We had waiting a good 30 minutes before she came over and was rude to us as well. (The girl black hair w ponytail)!

Listen, Jenifer took care of me and my cousin after our flight got delayed 3x . She was amazing and so cool and down to earth. Her customer service was exceptional! Thank you Jenny from the block!

We went in my sister was in a wheel chair so we sat where she could fit. She slid over to seat and the waitress said are you really blocking that table. Instead of saying couldn't I move this out of the way. Rolled her eyes when asked for separate checks. Was sarcastic and rude. We didn't order food. My elderly sisters where so offended. Worse service ever .

I came in April 20th on Easter Sunday that night and I ordered a burger it was cooked excellent so whoever cooked that burger it was cooked to perfection and if it was up to me I would of gave that person a promotion or something, but I was able to get his name and it was Daniel and I thanked him for the great food he made us. I’m definitely be coming back and having him cook my food again and bring some of my family and friends!!

Got to the airport an hour and a half before my flight for the purpose of grabbing breakfast. It appears they only have 1 person working in the front and that one person is super slow with no sense of direction or purpose. Waited at least 20 minutes for the guy to bring be a menu then drink order. At least another 20 minutes later drink never arrived and people there before be finally got their order taken. At this point I only had about 45 minute till my flight. I knew I just wasted all my meal time so I left without ever getting even the drink delivered.
THE Worst service I have ever recieved at any airport I have ever visited. Absolutely mind blown! Waited like 35 mins for a drink and 45 mins for food. Bartender was absolutely terrible.

Got here at 930 am before the rush and the staff was super friendly, the guy in the kitchen even came out when they got busy to tell customers that the waiter would be right with them and even he was friendly!!

Does Chili’s does not honor chilies gift cards?. I bought one to avoid the 2.8% surcharge for using a credit card and the sign at the bar says I can use a gift card. No where in the restaurant says I was not able to redeem a Chili’s gift card.

Average airport Chili’s. No rewards and half the menu of a regular Chili’s as they are owned by a different corporation. Waiter was nowhere to be found after taking our order. Food was up to par; It’ll do for a warm meal and beer while traveling.
