Does Chili’s does not honor chilies gift cards?. I bought one to avoid the 2.8% surcharge for using a credit card and the sign at the bar says I can use a gift card. No where in the restaurant says I was not able to redeem a Chili’s gift card.

Average airport Chili’s. No rewards and half the menu of a regular Chili’s as they are owned by a different corporation. Waiter was nowhere to be found after taking our order. Food was up to par; It’ll do for a warm meal and beer while traveling.

Terrible! If I could give a zero I would. Sat myself per the sign and was ignored for 15 minutes. Place was not busy at all and Wait staff was ignoring customers and acting rude. It’s obvious nobody wants to work there and manager is apparently complacent about it looking at the previous reviews about this place. Ended up walking out and nobody even noticed. Suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

I blame this on the manager not our server. We stopped in before my daughter’s flight.10am. There was only 1 server. It quickly filled up and she had a hard time. I ended up with chili queso. I ordered white. It was cold. My chicken wings were not good. By the time I received my ticket. It was busy and she was having a hard time keeping up.

We stopped in to grab a bite of food before our flight. We had our 4 kids with us, two of them being small toddlers. The restaurant seemed full but had the tables outside marked as do not sit in. I kindly asked if we could sit there since we didn't see any bigger tables, I got a very hateful NO. We then found another table which the same server informed us it was "too tight" so we found a small table in the back corner by the entrance to the kitchen. We pulled our stroller to the edge of the table until we could locate highchairs for the toddlers ..the same server walks by and makes a nasty remark about how we were in her way (there was a clear path for her but not clear enough apparently) I asked her where she would like us to sit then and she walked off mouthing something back. A few minutes later she comes around the corner so fast with drinks she splashed a drink all down the back of one of our toddlers and kept walking. I will call her out, her name was Bailey. Everyone else was great, however this restaurant could do without Bailey working there. We appreciate all the other staff for stepping in and being very respectful and helpful

Avoid this business, service was horrible here. We chose to eat here because we had a chilis gift card. After we ate, they wouldn't accept our gift card. They were not apologetic at all and refused to do anything to make up for it.

Dishonest advertising. Had a Chilis gift card which was the only reason we ate here. Didn't accept it because it is a franchise that doesn't accept gift cards. No sign warning about this and offered no alternatives. Avoid this dishonest business. It is unfortunate because the food was good.

Our experience was disappointing because of the food. But it's was further ruined by the lack of care by our server. We ordered the burger, which was completely bland. Our server couldn't have cared less. She was awful! When I asked for another soda I was asked if I wanted it to go and was immediately presented with the check. There were plenty of tables available, and no one was waiting, so I have no idea why we were being rushed. Once we paid we were completely ignored. We probably would have ordered dessert, but none was offered. I complained to the manager, who seemed apologetic, but I doubt it did any good. If you have other options at the airport, I suggest you opt for them.

Food was okay, the cheeseburger had absolutely no flavor, but was not terrible. Although the barbecue chicken tenders with was decent. Service was decent but felt rushed despite the restaurant being less than half full.

Just horrific. The waitress barely acknowledges you. Has a miserable look on her face. Just unpleasant overall. The food is garbage. I’ve tried to eat a cheeseburger twice and both times it was way over salted. Inedible. This location needs shut down.
