Morgan was our waitress. Food was ok for airport food. We asked for extras, (I.e, jalapeños for salad, Tabasco,), didn't get them. Bloody Mary's were weak. Asked for extra shot for drink - was charged almost same price for drink itself. Ridiculous. Asked for nearest TV to be changed to NFL game, no. Crowded, one waitress for many, many customers. We were waiting for our flight, would have spent a lot more money. Decided to leave and go elsewhere. Service, atmosphere was not good.

Honestly, I’ve been to chilis a lot of times over the years and the food was on par with the other stores but the service was subpar at best. I understand it is at an airport, however, that’s not a free pass to just simply ignore your patrons. They were not real busy but steady and I waited with an empty glass for about 30 minutes as the bartender was liked around serving others and handling random tasks. Saw her look at the glass several times and then just walk away. Batista was the bartender. She was genuinely friendly but not very good sadly.

Don't come here unless you have two hours available before your flight begins to board. Omg! Worst wait time ever. It took 15 minutes to take my drink order. It took 20 minutes to get my food and an additional 5 minutes to finally get my drink. No water. And they forgot my side item. I ordered another drink and it took an additional 10 minutes. The food isn't even worth it. But this airport has horrible choices. No winning at the Tulsa airport.
