Great food, great service. Love being able to eat out on the patio.

Amazing service, food, and atmosphere!! The only thing I was not a huge fan on (personal preference) was the salsa being chunky. Other than that a MUST is the Chimi queso if you like smoked cheese and bacon :) I got a LIT from the bar and it was a great balance not to weak not to strong I would give it a 9 out of 10 for checking off my list and we will definitely be back!
The Great Food, and the Customer Service. Our waitress was Fantastic !!!
The enchiladas and build-your-own tacos for our group of 16 people were a big hit ! Highly recommend.
My son and I’s favorite place to come for Mexican food! They also make a mean cocktail if that’s your kind of thing. Wahney is our absolute favorite server!
Fajitas were Great! server was great but a bit slow on getting stuff to us but I think she was very busy!! Queso is bomb!
The white queso cheese enchiladas are dried up and chips are cold. I haven’t been in 9 months, but I needed comfort. The staff are amazing. I loved everyone there, but the chef, needs help.
Terrible! We were seated by a large table of patrons drinking and very loud. Which would have been fine if that was the only booth available but there were other seats open. We couldn’t even enjoy visiting with our kids and grand baby because you couldn’t hear. Our order and my sons order was wrong! Couldn’t even get our drinks refilled. Wouldn’t recommend!!!!
They use weenies in their beans. How gross is that. The food was cold and terrible. Taco Bell is better than this place.

the chips and salsa are great...the refried beans are awesome. The rice is super good. Their guacamole is very good. Now, if you've had west coast fish tacos....avoid Chimi's. I spat my first bite out..now to be fair we are in Tulsa, Oklahoma right now. On the up side my daughter liked her chicken fajitas and my hubby liked his 3 amigos platter.
Just trying to raise the average :/ one guy said 1 star for no reason and chimis deserves a high 4ish...
Very pleased with our experience at Chimis on a Sunday for lunch. We were seated and our orders were promptly taken. Quite a variety of items on the menu. I tried the taco salad which came in a nicely browned shell. The portion size was just right-not too small and not so huge that it would be disgusting like some places. Service was perfect by Juan. There is a huge TV screen in the main dining area showing sports. The restaurant was clean. Only draw back for me and it's only a personal preference...the salsa contained "cilantro". I just don't like cilantro and picked it out with my fork. If you like more authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go.Three of us ate for $32.73. That included (one iced tea), 1 huge enchilada, and 2 taco salads. That was before the tip.
Delicious Mexican food! Nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The white queso and Street Tacos are fantastic.
I have been a fan of the local Chimi's Mexican Restaurants for many years. I have not been to one of their restaurants for quite a few months...so, tonight I decided it "was time to visit!" I was close to their restaurant at 81st and Sheridan in Tulsa this evening, so that is where I went. Personally, I judge Mexican restaurants by a few "tests." First is their obligatory salsa and chips. One of the reasons I have been a Fan of Chimi's for many, many years is their salsa. I am not a fan of finely blended salsa. I personally like "chunky" salsa with tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped hot peppers (primarily jalapenos), and chopped cilantro. Chimi's, in my opinion does salsa "perfectly." Tonight was not the exception...but, rather...it was perfect for my taste. Second, I judge Mexican restaurants by their chicken enchiladas. May sound strange, but I have learned throughout my lifetime...chicken enchiladas are either really good...or, potentially really bad. Other items...can be mis-leading as to the quality of a Mexican restaurant. Chimi's offers many "Chicken Enchilada" options...which is always a really good sign. I chose the Sonoran Chicken Enchiladas. The Sonoran Enchiladas are shredded chicken breast meat rolled in a corn tortilla, covered with Monterrey Jack Cheese, and a Tomatillo and cream cheese sauce...incredible flavors! Made me want to do the "Happy Dance!" The reason I am giving this visit a four star rating, and not a five...I ordered rice and black beans. I got rice and refried beans. Not an Earth shattering problem, but a mistake. My waiter and the wait staff were all very good. I left...full...and very happy with my Chimi's dining experience...of course I will return!
