The pork belly tacos were the most delicious flavor combinations I've ever put in my mouth. We splurged on a large white queso, and had no regrets. I'll be moving to the UK soon, and THIS will be the meal I will miss the most. I can barely stand to think of life without a Chimis nearby. Shout out to Juan, our waiter, for being the perfect blend of attentive and kind. This was a 10/10 dining experience.

I've never had a problem up until today 9/4/25 and ate there yesterday 9/3/25, the Waitress tried to tip herself $10 from my bill of 47.31 making my overall bill 57.31 ,I was livid! Where they do this at ? Self tip ? When I clearly wrote 0 with a line thru it on the tip portion, Heads up you may want to keep your receipts and or pay attention to your transactions,Thank God I payed with my cash app card and it caught ol sorry Ms.Hannah trying to STEAL MONEY ( SELF TIPPING) . I immediately called over to report her spoke to Miguel and he kindly returned my $10. THTS unbelievable,I will definitely be taking pictures of all my receipts moving forward when dining out ,THTS ridiculous I have to do this now , I'm appalled and feel highly DISRESPECTED! . Can't believe I have to give 1 of my fine dining establishment a 1 star due to a dishonest waitress and Miguel told me she'll be getting a Final write up ( Red Flag) so I assume she's done this before but he told me,No .idk sounds real sketch ,I will be back just to see if they allowed this small thief to keep her job. Crazy business.
