I love chimi's. We have been coming for years...my mom and I frequented this location on a Thursday, around 1pm...the lunch crowd must have ended, there was only 1 table besides us in there....we were greeted promptly, took our drink order, and the server attendant brought us chip and salsa....the salsa is the best in town....we always get the same thing because it's so darned delicious...the chili Verde enchiladas....the pork is so tender....the rice is also 1 of my favorite parts of the lunch...

Never ate in this place, and probably never will, I work Uber Eats sometimes and EVERY TIME I go to this place, this old woman who is an employee is extremely rude to me.
Yes I will write a bad review for employees as well.

We dined in, April 11, 2025. We have ate at Chimi's before but, not at this location on Harvard. The wife and I was impressed. We were seated right away. Took our order. They brought us chips and salsa. They brought out a jar of salsa a couple of times, filling our salsa bowl. I had the best taco salad 🥗 I have had in a while. My wife love her chimichunga. In a time a lot of restaurants are under staffed. They had plenty of severs and bussers and they were working hard and friendly. I can tell they have a good manager. We definitely will be back.

I don't know how the food is, because I didn't even get a chance to sit down. I, however, will not ever go back. Me and my daughter got dropped off next door at the car rental place to pick up our rental. Only to walk in and be told they don't have a vehicle for me and won't at all. So I had to make some calls to try and find us a car. We decided that we needed to eat and kill time until they found us a car. My phone was on 4%, we are starving, annoyed, and clearly just wanted to sit and calm down from the mess for a little bit. I asked the gentleman if there was some place that I could possibly plug in my phone because I have an important phone call coming in and my phone is going to die (then we'd be really screwed). He motioned to a place that I could plug it in to get a little bit of a charge. Then this lady walks up and was very rude. She proceeded to tell me that I am not allowed to plug my phone in anywhere in the restaurant while we ate. Completely dismissed me and and went on to seat the people that were waiting for a table behind us. Like we didn't matter. Really?! Terrible customer service. My day is going bad enough. We just wanted somewhere to sit, eat, and get a few bars on my battery, and you completely dismiss me and say no, why? The other man said yes. I wasn't just freeloading off your electricity. I was going to spend money. I won't ever come back. And I will tell anyone who will listen not to eat here.

Best cheese enchiladas in town. Love the fruit and black bean option. My husband likes the fajitas. Margaret's could use just a little less mix. We will go back for sure.
