I love chimi's. We have been coming for years...my mom and I frequented this location on a Thursday, around 1pm...the lunch crowd must have ended, there was only 1 table besides us in there....we were greeted promptly, took our drink order, and the server attendant brought us chip and salsa....the salsa is the best in town....we always get the same thing because it's so darned delicious...the chili Verde enchiladas....the pork is so tender....the rice is also 1 of my...

We dined in, April 11, 2025. We have ate at Chimi's before but, not at this location on Harvard. The wife and I was impressed. We were seated right away. Took our order. They brought us chips and salsa. They brought out a jar of salsa a couple of times, filling our salsa bowl. I had the best taco salad 🥗 I have had in a while. My wife love her chimichunga. In a time a lot of restaurants are under staffed. They had plenty of severs and bussers and they were working hard...

I received catering from this restaurant for an event and let me tell you, the customer service was 5-star! The guest enjoyed the food and it was more than enough for everyone. I was ignored by another place and disappointed until I called Chimis. I am so grateful for the service and how gracious Chellie was working with us. Thank you guys for being a blessing!!!
