Very nice place for a hole in the wall. I took my fiancée here because we were craving Chinese. The lighting was pretty bad, we literally had to move because she couldn’t read the menu in the dark. However, the food MORE than made up for that. The Pork Dumplings, the Wonton Soup, DanDan Noodles and Beef Fried Rice were all wins in my book. Pork buns weren’t as traditional as I imagined but good nonetheless. The only complaint is that the sweet tea could have been sweeter

The ragoons are great so is the egg drop soup, it has carrots and peas and plenty egg... The veggie egg rolls are a bit creamy textured in the middle but flavor is good... I had one dish I didn't like but they had no problem trying to make it better and replacing it with veggie fried rice which was high piled and delicious... First time here, but not the last time.... I still have a whole entree after eating some...

So me and my mother do not live down here but we came for a few days and after searching for somewhere to eat I must say we made the wrong choice because the food here was HORRIBLE! There was very little flavor, and the food in general was dry. My mom had asked for shrimp in her fried rice and there was not one bit of shrimp in her rice whatsoever. My noodles had a pinch of flavor but once again dry. Now with the portion size.. they do give a good sized portion for the chicken and noodles/rice so that wasn’t a problem. The only thing that we really enjoyed was the sesame chicken and egg rolls.. no complaint on that end. No hate to the owners but I don’t think we will ever eat here again because there is so much that could’ve been better, thanks.

Best Chinese food I have had in a long time great flavors and the owner is solid just trying to put his daughter thru college y'all reach out the food is great
Good stuff! Really good stuff. This is unlike any other Chinese restaurant in the city. It's almost like you stepped into a restaurant in the middle of Hunan Province. The place is very basic, kind of homey, but the food is delicious, and doesn't taste like cheap take-out food.

The "Yang Zhou Fried Rice" should have pork & shrimp. All it had was sliced link-sausage, which was mostly gristle & fat, that was so bad I picked it out & and threw it away. The Rice tasted like the instant kind that has so many preservatives that it doesn't need to be refrigerated, even though it's fully cooked, ready toeat, & on the shelf for months.
The "Spicy Chicken" was sliced so thin, before being breaded & fried, that I'm not sure it isn't just chicken skin. More oil & breading than "chicken".
I'll probably throw it out, & never order from them again.

Worst Chinese food ever!!! Noodles were soggy and tasted burnt. Beef dish was pure sugar, and over cooked, and sauce was way too thick and sticky. Cheese rangoons were hard like rocks. 49.00 worth of food, and a total bill of 70.49!! I will never order food from this place again. Nasty.

The food was PERFECT! I got the beef with rice noodles. The rice noodles were cooked to perfection, and the sauce was so tasty ?. The wait was a little long but it was totally worth it.
