I was in yesterday and in plain view a guy was dumping a big bowl of rice into a smaller container(like the ones behind the glass that have all the different selections). This guy held and tilted the bowl in a way as to use his bare forearms to funnel/guide the rice into the container. Surely his coworkers have to see that a few times a day. I called corporate, the restaurant, and later today I'm calling the city to get inspectors to investigate.
Every time I order to go, my order is incorrect. When I order inside, they give me the tiniest portion ever, like he was literally pinching the lettuce with his two fingers and I had to ask for more lettuce 3 times. Any other chipotle I go to is great. Don’t know what is going on here
Staff does not inform you very expensive upcharges. If they are going to charge you over $2 for guac they should at least offer it on the side not put a small amount on top of your bowl. I am happy to pay for an an added charge for guac if the amount presented is a fair value. When brought to managers attention she did nothing- just pointed to sign stating their charge. No sorry - nothingVery disappointing
