Very disappointing experience. The chicken was extremely overcooked — hard, dry, and nearly impossible to chew. It tasted burnt, almost like it had been left on the grill far too long. Definitely not the quality I expect from Chipotle. And Half of the tables are not cleaned.

If you happen not to be a minority, go elsewhere. We watched the people in front of us get stuff piled onto their bowls, and then after no one wanted to come to help us, they finally came to ask what we wanted. We got less than a 1/3 of what the minority family in front of us got. When we asked why ours was so much less, they played dumb and said well yours is piled too...bull. We left, I'm not paying $12 for a 1/3 of what the minority family gets, reverse R right there.

Our chipotle in Springfield mo is very slow and bad. David and Sarah at this location were so fast and honestly really great, they were making sure our food was fast and good quality. Also the restaurant was so freaking clean, they also gave us the perfect amount of portions. Besides the fact the CEO is evil, this location was really great and I would come back.

I was in yesterday and in plain view a guy was dumping a big bowl of rice into a smaller container(like the ones behind the glass that have all the different selections). This guy held and tilted the bowl in a way as to use his bare forearms to funnel/guide the rice into the container. Surely his coworkers have to see that a few times a day. I called corporate, the restaurant, and later today I'm calling the city to get inspectors to investigate.
