Was dissatisfied they were using rice mixed with beans and when I asked for cheese they said they were out but one employee pointed down saying there was the other employee gave him the look to be quiet and they were giving me old sour cream which they where scrapping out the bowl which looked like chalk clumpy and dry I asked for guacamole and it was brown come on now. I asked for a refund manger rolled her eyes and smacked her lips and was talking low about me to the other workers there I asked her how like it will take for refund and she kept saying idk while rolling her eyes I want my 40$ back or a gift card or a new bowls. Her name is Mia talk to her on how to treat customers please and thanks

Usually great location…chicken today was like a salt-lick. Almost inedible. Dig around it a bit as it was take out and could not return.
I returned to Chipotle today after nearly two years, hoping the service and quality had improved. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed the opposite.
• Order Accuracy: My pickup order was labeled “Bag 1 of 1.” When I arrived home, only 1 of the 3 meals I ordered was inside — meaning 2 meals were missing. Attempts to call the restaurant led to an automated system with no way to reach a person. I had no choice but to drive back with my small children, only to find a second bag sitting unclaimed with no identifying label. After returning home again, I realized the order was still incomplete—the children’s juice I paid for was missing, adding insult to injury.
• Food Quality: The guacamole was brown, the rice dry and stale, and the chicken overcooked. This is not the standard of freshness or quality Chipotle advertises.
• Customer Impact: As a parent, I don’t have the time to make multiple trips for a single order. The lack of care in labeling, accuracy, and food preparation creates unnecessary stress and erodes trust.
Chipotle positions itself as a brand built on quality and customer experience. What I encountered today was the opposite: poor service, poor food, and no accountability. I urge management to address these issues—accurate labeling, accessible customer support, and consistent food standards—so families like mine can rely on Chipotle without frustration or wasted time. This isn’t fast casual dining, it is fast but it’s incorrect, inconsistent & incomplete at best.
I submitted an IT ticket to Chipotle’s IT helpdesk. The IT ticketing system does not allow copying and pasting of order numbers, nor does it accept screenshots of iPhone email receipts due to a 750KB file size limit. After spending approximately 10 minutes searching online, I was able to locate image resizing software to reduce the receipt size. Overall, Chipotle’s customer support platform is not designed to be user-friendly, making it difficult to submit issues or obtain timely resolution. If I could update this review to be lower than 1 star I would.

Workers are nice but need to keep work area clean. Impossible to order a burrito without half the tortilla being pulled through a sea of sour cream and whatever else. Please change this
Portions are still smaller the then usual...Some of the older staff working at this location have a nasty attitude

I loved coming to Chipotle but recently their food hasn't been hitting the same at this location. It's lacking flavor and to be cooked all the way. Please re-hire the cook that quit because I am going to start going to CAVA only smh

It’s a little in the expensive side, but the food and drinks were good, the employees were nice, and the restaurant was clean!

Rice was a little hard and they forgot my food in the bag but other than that it was really good.
I sat outside in the shade and had a light breeze that made it a nice late lunch. The bowl was great.

Delicious meal. I ordered a healthy version and tasted great. Bed of greens, Pico, grilled chicken, onions, and guacamole.

Very disappointing experience.
The chicken was extremely overcooked — hard, dry, and nearly impossible to chew. It tasted burnt, almost like it had been left on the grill far too long. Definitely not the quality I expect from Chipotle. And Half of the tables are not cleaned.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice can’t get the bean juice outta my car’s upholstery.
They can sell you a burrito bowl but they don’t have the technology to contain the BEAN JUICE!
let’s pour one out for all the DoorDash drivers’ cars whose interiors have been decimated by the smelly, brown forever-liquid.
Good shot, man, but next time I’ll bring my own Tupperware.

If you happen not to be a minority, go elsewhere. We watched the people in front of us get stuff piled onto their bowls, and then after no one wanted to come to help us, they finally came to ask what we wanted. We got less than a 1/3 of what the minority family in front of us got. When we asked why ours was so much less, they played dumb and said well yours is piled too...bull. We left, I'm not paying $12 for a 1/3 of what the minority family gets, reverse R right there.

To-go worker was very rude and unprofessional and needs to learn how to do her job properly. Management was unapologetic and dismissive when I addressed the issue, definitely wouldn't come to this location!
