This used to be my favorite chipotle but something happens this years and they cut portion sizes in half but what’s worse is the complete apathy of the workers towards people waiting outside. They are supposed to open at 10:45 but they will leave people waiting outside long after 11 even if it’s raining or cold outside. I don’t know if it’s company policy to treat customers so badly or if it’s just the workers at this location but basic hospitality would suggest you should invite potential customers to wait inside if you’re still getting ready when the weather outside is poor. I’m disappointed and will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. I made a mobile order that was to be picked up at 11:00. They didn’t open the doors until 11:10 and the informed me it would be another 30 minutes. They can’t process a refund, and the chipotle app doesn’t seem to be able to either. Managers are no help and acting like I’m in the wrong here, when they are the ones not giving me my food!

This location never opens on time. They are always acting like the meat comes directly out of their paycheck, barely giving you any. The crew is rude. I only come here because it’s the only place in town to get fresh chicken and rice if you’re watching your diet.

Tasty vegetarian burrito. The rice was very cilantro-forward. The counter was covered in lettuce and other food debris, as if they don't wipe it down during service. The food containers looked as if, instead of swapping them out regularly, they just dumped new food in on top. The rice was especially weird, with a large amount stuck to the side of the container. We were there after 6 pm, so it was after the rush, so there was no excuse for their lack of attention to cleanliness.

The services do not like giving full scoops and if you ask very nicely for more they might not charge you for the regular scoop they're supposed to get anyway. Not a good experience. I believe they need more men doing the scoops

Everything about Chipotle is great, and even if you don't try new foods; you should definitely atleast try Chipotle. Chipotle has a wonderful choice of options that you can decide from making it better than other places that you can't visually see up front. Although if you are ordering through the app you can't visually see it. Chipotle is wonderful and usually have decent drinks that they offer (besides the fountain and section up front). Still Love Chipotle.

They have new workers that give small portions and an inattentive staff. 3 bowls for $43 I’m good I’ll keep my money next time. They didn’t even have vinaigrette. 5 workers and no service. All the tables are dirty. I’m writing this review before I even eat because I’m so annoyed with the service.
