This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve been too. My husband and I went in at 9am Thursday night and they were out of almost everything. The girls that were up taking orders were super rude and slow. It sounded and looked like they were high. They barely gave us any meat—and I’m not kidding when I say BARELY. When I asked if there any chicken (I didn’t have my glasses and I’m almost basically blind) the girl answered “ain’t that what you said?” And turned the bowl to meMy husband chipped in saying I didn’t have my glasses and I have trouble seeing but that there was hardly any so if she could add more. (Considering they were charging us for it.) and she proceeded to sigh and put 4 more pieces of chicken. There was hardly rice, no beans, maybe a spoonful, when I asked for more they said they were out and this was all. Lettuce was the same thing, meats were the same, no guac and queso that was literally contaminated with other foods. Almost $40 for some sad portions that didn’t even cover half the bowl. They had to spread it out to look like they gave us more… I shared the pictures with my friends and family, I would not and will not be recommending this chipotle to anyone.

An Uncolonized Mind
This place was a blessing to me. we are waiting for our now place to be ready & staying at a hotel. I have food allergies & have to cook at home.I went 2 days without food, In search of gluten free, soy free food. .My son went to Chipotle for me & told one of the server, my dietary needs.He said she changed the spoons & everything as to not cross contaminate my food.I wish he would've gotten her name, so I can thank her. You have no idea.. what it meant to actually find something that, I can eat & it was DELICIOUS, I will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten, soy, dairy allergies. This was the only place I could find, that caterers to my dietary restrictions. If you tell the servers of your restrictions, they will help find something. They were a lifesaver for me.Kid-friendliness: I have food allergies & one the young ladies there help me.. sooooo much. She made sure my food was safe. (I wish I know her name)

I love their food, my only complaint is I seem to get a few pieces of grissel in my chicken. It's not a lot. Their regular salsa is to die for and I still eat there. But this is why they didn't get a five

Crunchy uncooked rice around 8 pm January 4th. None of the employees cared. They all looked at me like I was a problem and they ignored me even after I said I wasn't looking for a refund. This is what you get for hiring low wage kids to run a restaurant. Especially the young mexican lady at the register with a nose ring and light brown hair. That's cool though. I buy a bowl atleast 3times a week. I'll just go to flame broiler and get real edible food.
