I went into this location on my lunch break the lady serving my food was not friendly at all, I asked her for a chicken slad bowel barely any chicken and she looked at me like If I was crazy when I said that’s it she acted like she didn’t want to serve my food I will not be going to that location again I rather drive 15 minutes to a diff location if they will be having that attitude. Short lady with black hair. Not very nice. Im spending my money to get treated the right way i left disappointed.

Save your time and money and do not order to go or pick up from this location. The food is fine, just like any other Chipotle. However, as is the case with most places around the 41st and Sheridan area, you are unable to get what you pay for in your meal unless you directly watch the person make it.

Experiences like this make me question why they even have a pick up option. They constantly mess up the order, even if it is nothing special. Do not expect the people there to be able to read the screen with the ingredients you ask for. Just go inside and watch them make it so you get what you want and what you pay for.

I study next door and I only get 30 - 45 minutes lunch. Very single day I arrive to this location’s door at 10:40 they’re still closed. I wait thinking today is the day they will open at 10:45 as their doors says….. but nope. Today is just like any other day. It’s 10:57 and they still closed.
I wish there was another restaurant near by that can sell grill chicken so I don’t have to spend over 10 minutes waiting for them to open the door.
If they can’t open at 10:45 as their door sign says why not just change it to 11:00 so everyone knows to not come and waist their time. Today 6 people waited with me and we all left. Just like last wk.

I have been going to this chipotle for years. It has been my favorite restaurant since I was a boy. Over the past few years it has been on a noticeable decline. My once tightly wrapped burrito now falls apart with the slightest gust of air. Today, I opened my order from the iconic foil wrap to something not even Satan himself would eat. I have put up with a lot but this is too far. I’m considering going to q’doba instead of chipotle. A place I said I would only visit if hell froze over. And friends, it appears it has. I don’t know who over sees this restaurant but you have failed miserably. It’s time to hang up and go back to the shadows from whence you came. As retribution for this atrocity, I am expecting a free meal. Thank you and Good luck.

I will be coming back to this location later to today to make a complaint. But I came here for my lunch break and paid 14.81 for a bowl with barely any food in my bowl. The picture will be down below. I will be asking for a re-make or refund but I did a pickup order and if this is how this location does pickup orders then shame on you. That is ridiculous and not okay.

If I was with a group of young people, we would have just left! Do not ask it any questions, stick to the menu, they do not have Nachos… or they will snap at you!!! “ITS NOT ON THE MENU” Very well I’ll have a Bowl!

Made an order on the app for 3 tacos with chicken, fresh tomato salsa, corn, cheese and lettuce.. They were so empty that I rolled them up and they were as small as a taquito. Guess I will never make that mistake again.
