I just left the chipotle on 41st and was treated so rudely and disrespectfully by the lady in line making my salad. One of your team members was ahead of me in line and she made his food and gave him three LARGE scoops of meat on his bowl. As I came through the line, she barely gave me any meat. I asked for some more because the guy in front of me had just been given three scoops, and she informed me he works here he can have as much as he wants, ‘the company was paying for it.’ Well, guess what I’m paying for my food as well!This location is close to my office, Tulsa Tech. I will not be coming back here and I will inform my coworkers at Tech of my experience as well!

They gave us the wrong order. For context, I don't eat meat. The stickers on the bowls were out name and had our order details. The info on the bag itself was ours as well. But then the food was something completely different than what it was labeled with. I can't even eat it because it was all meat. I tried to call the store and it's robot robot robot that won't transfer me but eventually I called a second time and somehow confused the robot enough to transfer me to the store. The person who answered the phone said they can't do anything about it because it was ordered online and they just gave me the customer service number. I called customer service and they could only offer me a refund. I still don't have food. The customer service rep said that they can't control if the door dash driver takes the wrong order. It wasn't door dash that did it. It was chipotle. But apparently they STILL won't do a re-deliver because chipotle just doesn't do that? So a refund, I still don't have food and the refund takes 3-5 days. I don't even want a refund. I just want my food!

My husband and I had lunch here yesterday. The young lady working the line was awesome!! She was very pleasant and attentive, even though it was busy and she was working it alone. She slayed it.

Customer service was friendly, Food was good, not best. Rice was not cooked till bite, scoop of queso was used to fixed the meat by one of front service employee. Burrito was not wraped good.

New employees serving much smaller portions and giving attitude when asking why the portions are smaller. New female employee working register became defensive over asking about the change in portion size yet paying 15.00 for a bowl. Regular customer.

The steak was fatty. Rice and beans were good. It always seems like there's someone new being trained here which leads to worse service. There were no spoons in the containers. It was all forks. Plus good luck turning out of this location to return home..
