This location always is short staffed. The staff in general do not seem thrilled so I wonder if there is a leadership deficit. If there are two or three people ahead of you expect a significant wait. If there were more bodies behind the bar, more ingredients at the ready, the line would be much faster and the patrons and staff alike much happier
Chicken is always cold, hard, and charred. I have had to throw away my last three orders because the chicken was so bad. I won’t be back.
Place should shut down. Go somewhere else where the employees actually want to work. This is one of the worst Chipotles in the entire US.
They ran out of chicken and fresh veggies, not the first time this location has had this issue!!
I want to preface this by the fact I live in Ada (2 hours away). I asked them for nachos with the chips on the side. I was told that couldn’t understand what I wanted so a girl came and I told her the same thing and that I lived 2 hours away and that way I could heat it up when I got home and my chips wouldn’t be soggy. She also said she did not understand & offered for me to order every single item I wanted in separate cups? I did this at a chipotle in OKC & they immediately said ok and made me a bowl with all of the nacho toppings and handed me that with a bag of chips. I really don’t think it’s that hard to understand and if there as an up charge I would’ve paid it. I left with no food when I won’t be back to this location.
I simply hope this franchise goes out of business soon. Loved their food but now they just love to steal from you!! $29 is wild for this
Waited and line while one guy did all the work and 4 other people just stood around and talked. Took him a while to get to me then he made the food, refilled the guac, and rung me up while a line of 6 people behind me built up. Not a good location
Lobby and tables were dirty, only one staff member seemed to be working with customers. Food was decent though

I love Chipotle and their food is very good, however when it came time for me to order my food the lady gave me children sized portion, and cost extra to add more. This was disappointing to me, because I am used to at least portions to make me full. Will return hoping for a bigger portion.

Sooooo slow! I waited for 20 minutes with one person in front of me. All the tables were covered in food. No where clean to sit down and eat.

Absolutely horrible everytime I go, I continue to think it’s going to get better but tonight proves it won’t. There was a line of 10 or more people waiting to be served by one guy only to be told they had no meat so instead of informing the line they let you wait till you got up there to find out there was no meat. There was 3 employees working the front & no one cooking the meat until someone made a fuss about it. That is pathetic

As most Chipotles do, the eating area was unkempt and dirty. The service staff was just there. The food is good, but not quite worth the price. Tons of potential, but average execution.

This location is a big disappointment... it is always filthy and they are usually out of everything. We've been here several times because it is conveniently located near our home. We always think it will have improved but it seems to be getting worse each time. This will be the last time... because the "definition of insanity" is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results!

I would never order and have it delivered to me from here again if you’re not seeing the food that you’re going to eat before you get it never ever again I will go to a different chipotle this is wrong on so many levels they need new management for night time because they are not paying attention to there employees or this wouldn’t happen
