Rude staff and very small portion sizes. Worst Chipotle experience EVER and have been coming here for YEARS. The portions were insanely skimpy across the board, the protein, rice, beans, corn, and guacamole, even after requesting extra.

When we brought this up to the employee preparing the food, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. There is a clear standard for portion sizes, and these bowls were well below that expectation. I would be surprised if the bowl met even 800 calories. Additionally, the rice was undercooked and crunchy.

I initially considered giving two stars because the cashier was somewhat polite and understanding. However, during our meal, we observed her speaking with the food preparer while looking and gesturing toward us, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The bathrooms were also unclean.

Not to mention the LONG line due to the extremely slow service. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would absolutely recommend avoiding this location. The GM needs to check up on this location ASAP.

To start the employee with the goatee was very unfriendly to me and my younger sister and yelled at the employee when she asked a simple question. I also asked for extra rice and did not get it as well as repeated myself multiple times and did not get an answer. Not only that but they forgot my sisters food and after we finally got our food the chicken was burnt. This is absolutely unacceptable coming from a place that’s usually the exact opposite.

To the young man working the line today the made my burrito, thank you! It was the best one I’ve had in a while. The portions were just right and generous. I didn’t feel skimped. Makes me want to come back tomorrow in hopes that he’s working! His kindness and manners didn’t go unnoticed either. Thanks for making my day.

Asked for more steak to be added to my bowl and for 1 bowl, no drink. 1 bowl with extra meat. Total was $19.20
What??? For almost $20 I get a single serving with no drink??? Other than that, everything else was great. But they got their math all messed up charging someone $20 for a single bowl without a drink.

This is the third time I’ve been to the chipotle in Bixby , Oklahoma when they did not have any chicken or any vegetables cooked at 12:30 in the afternoon. Waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell me they don’t actually have food.! They only have one guy actually preparing food at the line. The guy at the register does not help him at all! When I questioned the fact that they didn’t have any chicken or any vegetables at 12:30 on a weekday afternoon he said I need to Get there by 11! I called customer service, and they couldn’t even find the store in their system! What a bunch of bozos running in this company!
Oh my gosh! I just read the other reviews from the last couple of weeks and what a disgusting nasty chipotle this really is! I guess I’m lucky that I didn’t actually get any food there! I’m not at all surprised The cook sneezing all over the food after what I just witnessed standing in line for 20 minutes! This place should be shut down! I believe I will contact The local health inspectors…

Last time going to this location. The whole line witnessed the one cutting all the meat sneeze all over the food and then wipe his nose with his gloves and then handle the food, then he proceeded to put it in the metal bin and try and serve it. I asked to speak to the manager, guess what? He was the manager. The one that went against all health protocols. I told them they need to throw that contaminated food out. They threw out the chicken. They were rude, and the manager never offered an apology or even made eye contact with any of us in line… who were all talking about it.
When I got home my son brought up how can we trust the meat or food that he didn’t sneeze on any more of it? So I lost my appetite. Tossed all of my food. Then I proceeded to ask for a refund and I was told all I could get was a free drink for my next visit. Such a horrible experience all around. Just be careful with this location.
The guy ahead of me turned around and said to all of us “ all of these people seem like they are high or just “not here” mentally. I have to say we all agreed. I asked for the managers name and the girl helping me wouldn’t give it to me. Most of them don’t wear name tags. Which I feel is wrong… especially in the food industry.

Today I went into the chipotle, and I was charged for me and the woman next to me. I got a refund for it, which was nice. But I have had countless issues with this worker, he seems like he should not be on register. I’ve seen him argue with the people on line multiple times, and frankly is just incredibly rude. He asked me specifically if it was just the bowl and I said yes, before he charged me for both meals. Honestly very disappointed, and feel incredibly disrespected with me and my money.

This chipotle absolutely sucks. The last 4 times I’ve been they’re out of peppers, chicken, and steak. Whoever runs this location should be fired. You’d think these things are a staple and would be prepared.

It was a delivery, so you are completely dependent on what they choose for you. The steak was very tough, even for a steak. It was very spice, too. The manager explained this with the marinade. In essence, the marinade made it too spice, but not soft, which means that the meat was indeed tough and sinewy.
The bigger problem, though, is that nobody was really interested in my feedback. This explains the 3 stars for service, since the delivery itself was professional and fast. By DoorDash, of course, so they deserve credit for this.

I wonder how and why this chipotle is still open. This chipotle only 4 minutes away from me. I always take time to AVOID going and going to the one near Yale, because it always taste extremely strange and borderline gross and the bowls are underfilled and when you ask for a little more chicken after they give you a dime size scoop and they'll always be quick to say it's extra. You gave me like 8 pieces of chicken. Well I went today for the first time in so long and it made me remember why i don't ever come.
