The management is horrible and rude. After ordering my food I asked for some honey vinaigrette sauce. The cashier made it seem like the biggest deal and the manager had to stomp over to give me a container of sauce and said “you have to ask for it at the front of the line” (there is no charge for the sauce whether I order it in the beginning or end of the line btw) only at this location multiple times have I experienced a rudeness from staff, specifically when asking for the honey vinaigrette sauce.

Manager on auto pilot. There were a total of 5 employees when I walked in and I was about the fifth customer. Now there 12 people in line and the manager has not identified the problem. In store customers should come first. The wait was horrible

Went in for a quesadilla only to be told I could only order the “big” quesadilla online. So I ordered online and waited 20 minutes for a quesadilla that has a 10 minute cook time maximum. Then I got in line and made my way to the register and asked a lady with red hair about my order. “If you have an online order and it’s not on the shelf it’s not ready”. I get that that is how it works but I had been waiting for too long already. Will be back to chipotle but not this location. Service is always terrible and I am a server at a local restaurant so I know how customers can be. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

Rude workers, especially evening shift. The bigger girl who works and doesn't wear a name tag, mainly does front counter or drive thru. I can't ever get her name, has been extremely rude to other workers and customers. Filed a complaint with corporate for several separate incidents with her.

Chipotle makes good food. This restaurant has a HORRIBLE staff and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every time I come they are rude and unfriendly. Id rather drive the 10 miles to a different location or quit coming altogether

I have tried going to this location 5 times now. That have been out of steak every time. Today, I had to explain to my 8 year old what a dang hickey was. One of the guys on the line had a face full of piercings and hickies all over his neck. Just wow.

Everyone looks so miserable and are unfriendly. Inside is always dirty and trash is overflowing. Today I went in with my boyfriend and I havent been feeling well and not had much of an appetite but a quesadilla sounded okay. The girl said “youre not a kid so you cant have a quesadilla but it you order online ill give you one but it will take awhile.” I just got a bowl. The whole time she put small portions and frowned. I wish there was another location near us because we are always disappointed when we end up coming here.
