We went to Chuck E. Cheese and had a mixed experience. The food was good, and the atmosphere was fun, but it was really crowded. The biggest downside was the service—they seemed too busy to care. Overall, it's a decent place for kids, but be prepared for a hectic environment.

The place was a zoo. 8 bday parties going on at the same time. It was overwhelming to say the most.

Kid’s absolutely had a blast at a cousins birthday party. Pizza was good/average. I had two complaints. First the games were a little cheesy, and usually only gave 1 ticket. My 5 yr old and 3 yr old thoroughly loved the games though. So it was not a problem. Second I felt it could have been a little more clean than it was. We did just get over the flu. So maybe I am just being paranoid. Overall I would recommend for kids 8 yr old and under.
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly.

I have never been here and won't be back sad they never even put the pizza order in to the kitchen we waited an hour and a half first place we tried to sit we were told to move it was reserved had no signage nothing showing reserved like all the other tables no apology nothing just we are busy well of course your busy it's Saturday first and last visit for me my grandson was so unhappy Chucky literally came out for 7 minutes then disappeared kids were knocking at the door they seem him go through it's the saddest scene do better or even better Bring Back ShowBiz Pizza and prices here are jaw dropping wow bad 😞
I hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese in 17 years... very intentionally. I will say this visit was better than expected. The pizza was pretty good and I really liked the crust.
The area seemed cleaner and lest cramped as my last visit.

Didn't feel 100% safe staff seem very unfavorable encourage disengaged what they are doing view the staff looked to be potentially dangerous. On top of that I would say half of the other guests looked to be very questionable and they all intense wearing dark sunglasses inside or look like drug uses.
Will not be back.
The call center was no help. Talking to robots bullshit
5 Star Staff! The employees in the store are fantastic and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
0 Star Corporate Policies: the worst.
1. Bait and switch on organizational parties. Kids must come back the next day to redeem tickets for any prizes. That's wrong.
2. Extra charge for use of small trampolines. Party was already paid in full and then corporate policy says you must pay extra to use the trampolines. Very wrong.
Best of luck to uncle Chuck as he fixes these very shady corporate practices!

Came for youngest 6th birthday got a 2 month pass & have come MANY times. Workers are SUPER friendly & always helpful. The games work, there's always 1 or 2 being worked on error which is normal for all decades. Today Pasqually P. Pieplate my kids favorite character (she LOVES to cook) hooked her up! Signed a book mark, replaced the squishy ball she broke within moments of getting it, saved the day! Thanks yall for the hours of fun!
