That was dirty, service was horrible, and the chicken grease needed to be changed out probably months ago it was so thick with grease smoke and there we had to take it home to eat

Greasy as hell cold not tasty

I ordered a 16 piece family meal had to come with 8 thighs and 8 legs came with sides and all, but once I got home to eat it only came with 8 pieces of thighs I was missing my other 8 legs. Your trusting these type of places thinking you’ll have your meal complete but it wasn’t my experience Next time check your food guys.

I was excited about the new wings, but I should not have been. They said a five minute wait, that’s fine. I will wait for freshly cooked anything. 25 minutes later I got the most gnarly wings. They looked good, but I couldn’t even pull the breading off with my teeth. My Great Pyrenees dog didnt even want them. Worst $6 ever spent.

The cook was stupid acting and the one that took my order deleted my order so I waited for almost 30 mins had to take my receipt to the counter to get my food then they acted like it was my fault they had messed up this place needs to be closed or new works

Food was cold, side of white gravy looked like dirty dish water, didn't get the extra piece of chicken ordered, chicken tasted old. No dipping sauces ordered with strips, mac n cheese was old and cold.

Very disgusting. It’s so greasy! I’ve never seen chicken this greasy. The first and very last time I’ll ever eat here. One bit and that was too much. It was oozing with greenish yellow oil. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was more seed oil than chicken.
This location NEVER has chicken ready & they’re rude! Doesn’t matter what time u go, they will say “It’s 15-20 minutes wait for chicken”. Even if u leave & come back it’s still another 20 minutes wait…No cars in the drive thru or people in the store. Just fry tha damn chicken & stop telling people “20minutes”. How can u get 8 piece special if they never have 8 pieces of chicken? Lol
