Its been years since i been to Cici’s Pizza, The Manager James Greeted me an Welcomed me like i was part of the Family,, the food tasted Amazing and the Store looked so clean and well kept, I cant wait to return. Great Job Guys!

The pep who cook the pizza today was so rude one of them even ask me how much I was eat when I only had 3 slices the cinnamon rolls was hard so I ask for some new ones and the manager a lady was like they cooking and walk off I won’t be back here to this one and I had to eat with my old dishes by me cause I could trash them and the waitress kept walking right pass me and taking care of the other tables

My friend and I went last week for the special. I honestly wasn't expecting much because the last time I was there it was just okay. We enjoyed it so much that we're actually going back again tonight. The food was fresh. The employees were fantastic cleaning the entire time, the restaurant was clean the food was hot and it just kept coming. The manager Mark was just amazing super nice. Coming from restaurant management, I notice a lot more than I want to when I'm out eating. When I tell you I am completely shocked at how well Mark is running that restaurant I mean it. His employees look happy he had a smile on his face and very friendly. Honestly recommend it it was a great time and I cannot wait to take my grandkids to play in the arcade.

This place used to be really good, but unfortunately it went way downhill. The buffet was skimpy and small, there was not even any cheese available on the salad bar. Only one soup available, never any fresh desserts. Just very disappointed. Me and my son and granddaughter ate here every week for years. After going last week. I won't be back . I'm a believer in giving places a few extra chances but you guys have got to do better. Even witnessed a fight between the manager and the employees over $1,000 being misplaced. Right in the middle of dinner rush! Very embarrassing for the company! I'm a manager myself in customer service, and let me tell you what this was a sight
The food and service were great. The only complaint I have is their game room and how much it costs to buy a game cover. The minimum amount that could be purchased was $10. That's ridiculous for a few games. I could understand, maybe, a $5 minimum. All it did was upset my 5 year old grandson and disappointed him, which left a sour taste in my mouth.🙁

Had my daughter's 4 birthday party here we showed up 15 minutes before to set up they didn't even start cleaning until 3:30 party was only from 3 to 4:30 did not get a host paid for pink table clothes got 1 staff made my guest pay at the door when I payed for my guest didn't get game cards or goodie bags until 4 very disappointed payed 300 dollars for horrible service....
