Went to dinner Tuesday night for school night (Union) but the restaurant was packed so the popular pizzas were getting taken pretty fast then a homeless guy came in and walked all over the place and nobody ever asked him to leave. Then he finally went to the register and was talking a worker who then handed him a small pizza box so he proceeded to get pizza then sat down at a table to eat, when he finished that he got up and got a bunch of cinnamon rolls with his bare hands. The whole situation in my opinion was never handled. I think they should consider their paying customers first as well as sanitation.

The food was great and the people seemed semi nice. But when you enter the arcade area is when the service drops dramatically. I walked up to the ticket desk with my brothers and the lady up there just glared at us. My little nephew was choosing what he wanted to spend his tickets on and I decide to say hi to the lady up there. She just looks at me, glares and rolls her eyes. Overall the food was amazing just I think she needs an attitude check.
