I thought I would try this one instead of the one on Peoria and I just wasn't impressed at all luckily I came on the day when it's only 5.99 they have plenty of workers but the pizza was real doughy seems like they need a better manager to run that place they should take one of the managers that works at the Peoria store and bring him over there

Pizza was fine as usual but super disappointed with the arcade! Spent $50 and was 200 tickets shy of a Sonic lamp that he wanted. I spent $10 more and got the tickets. Then find out that the price on the lamp isn’t even right. I needed 1000 more! The lady couldn’t even honor it because the manager wasn’t there. Super disappointed with that. Cicis, do better.

My daugther and I enjoyed the place, the pizza is fresh and tasty. The place is smilar to chuck e cheese. The cashier guy was very friendly and accommodating. Surely we will visit again.

I work at Lincoln CS and we cater in from Cici’s pizza at this location for the students. Luis delivers every Monday with wonderful customer service. He is very detailed to make sure everything is right with the orders and he is always kind and courteous. The pizza is always hot and delicious and the students love it! I’m sure the same customer service is at the restaurant location too!! Thank you Luis and CiCi’s !!

I went to CiCi’s on Wednesday with my family and Andrew helped me out. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. He greeted everyone with a big smile and kept such a positive vibe the whole time. Super friendly, quick, and made sure everything was taken care of without me even asking. You can tell he actually enjoys his job, which made the visit way better than I expected. Shoutout to him for making the experience awesome! I’ll definitely be back!

Horrible service. When we arrived the lady at the register was polite and kind. But when we finished our food and took my kids to the game room we could not get anyone to help with reloading the card. At last someone came to help but was so rude and rushed that I will not be going to this Cicis again.
