The atmosphere is fantastic the pizza is fresh hot and delicious and the staff is so friendly I highly recommend this Cicis they also have a really awesome gaming area for kids it's a good time for good family fun

This is the first time I’ve ever given a review and I just got to say the customer service was exceptional even though they were closing in 30 minutes.
Went to dinner Tuesday night for school night (Union) but the restaurant was packed so the popular pizzas were getting taken pretty fast then a homeless guy came in and walked all over the place and nobody ever asked him to leave. Then he finally went to the register and was talking a worker who then handed him a small pizza box so he proceeded to get pizza then sat down at a table to eat, when he finished that he got up and got a bunch of cinnamon rolls with his bare hands. The whole situation in my opinion was never handled. I think they should consider their paying customers first as well as sanitation.
