We had such a great experience at Cinnaholic! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious — soft, fresh, and perfectly sweet. Their coffee paired so well with it too! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving a treat and some cheerful service.

This place is awful. The cinnamon rolls were gross with the icing being so melted it ruined the roll 😫 Plus everytime I have been here there are ants everywhere!

Absolutely delicious! As a vegan with toddler who is dairy-free, this place is our dream come true! The flavors are endless, and the creamy frosting is SO SO SO tasty. I highly recommend trying chocolate frosting, almonds, and raspberries on a roll. My son enjoyed brownie samples, cookie dough, and the coffee cake roll. Also, they offer dairy free soy milk boxes for kiddos: Silk Vanilla and Silk Chocolate. We will be back for breakfast soon, and ordering a fun groom's cake through them.

The best dessert that I have had! So many choices and delicious
Me and my family had a wonderful time at the aquarium and lunch and decided on dessert.. we had never tried this place before and my mom's favorite dessert is cinnamon rolls so we decided to try it. We walked in and were greeted and then ignored until we got to the counter. When we got up to the counter my grandfather ordered a separate order at the cashier for half a dozen plain cinnamon rolls. After he placed that order I walked over after clearly stating our orders would be separate and began to order a customizable cinnamon roll. Shortly after me and my mom ordered what we needed as well as my sister, I check to see that our transactions are seperate..this is when the cashier woman decides to tell us that it will have to be all together because the first transaction wasn't paid for so my grandfather ended up paying for all of us. Then we were I formed it would be about a fifteen minute wait for the six cinnamon rolls and an additional 8 for our individual rolls. As we were waiting they served the pre-made cinnamon rolls that could've been served to us to the couple who came in well after us. And the worst part of this whole experience was the customer service skills that were nowhere to be seen with the woman who helped us. She was constantly sighing at us seemingly frustrated that we didnt know what we wanted. I saw her roll her eyes at us multiple times as we checked our food when it came out and asked any questions about the place. Also they were very unprepared with their ingredients which caused people to start to pile up inside the store. Lastly the cinnamon rolls are very sweet and can only take a few bites before you have to stop but the presentation was awful and it looked like slop on top of a cinnamon roll.. I was expecting these rolls to atleast be somewhat similar to the displays considering that is what they advertise. Overall more disappointed then excited about this place and probably won't come back unless they get some staff who actually know what they are doing.

the costumer service and organization is lacking. The women who took our order seemed annoyed at the fact that we were ordering, and the establishment was very under prepared to take orders. Then made someone elses order before ours. When we finally got our order, we went to check it to make sure we had everything. She proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head while walking away. Not to mention the cinnamon rolls where poorly put together, and the icing was so Melted we couldn't even eat them on the way home. Costumer service is too important for an establishment to be acting like that.

First time today but definitely not the last!!! This place went to the top of our list for decadent pastries or dessert places we visit in the Tulsa Broken Arrow Metro. Awesome and reasonably priced.
