Jan. 31 at 3:30 Long hair dude was acting like a complete diva looking at his watch as two ladies tried to order. Will not be returning based off him alone. Order the special of the day but was charged full price. Order was messed up for customers and they just scraped it off with hands. Also very disconcerting was the fact that receipts were not given to any customers. Felt like we were being rushed through like cattle. Would have loved to be weekly customers. I’d drive to the San Antonio location before returning to this one. Hope management will take a look at the date and time mentioned so they can verify this is all true.

I'm a big fan of cinnamon rolls and every year I love to get a cake for my birthday but I got a lil work out with the traditional cake. So this was perfect. When I picked it up, the lovely gentleman who was working told me he made it with love. And my goodness he did! It's glorious. Tastes amazing. I will admit I may have gone overboard on the toppings, so a lil goes a long way. But I am over the moon with this cake.

Just a heads up to anyone trying Cinnaholic for the first time, if you ask for a plain cinnamon roll you will be getting a plain cinnamon roll, no frosting, no icing, no toppings, nothing, a cinnamon flavored roll. For our first time we wanted to just try the off the shelf cinnamon roll, assuming, that we would get a cinnamon roll with frosting. We even mentioned to the cashier “hey we’ve never been here” so I can’t believe she didn’t mention “hey btw you do have to request icing/frosting” but no, that was not the case. Anyways the plain roll was good, would be better with frosting!
Falipe Zanolli at 7380 Olympia Ave. Tulsa, Ok. Went above and beyond making the already awesome food a complete experience! We definately are now Cinnaholics!!
