We were visiting Tulsa and on our way out of town and stopped by for a latte. The staff were kind and the latte was perfect! Cool old building and they roast their own beans. Cirque has plenty of room to sit and visit or work. Staff very knowledgeable about their beans and helped us pick a roast for a friend.
How does this place manage to stay open without a menu? The entire premise is classist and obnoxious. I shouldn't have to order ahead to get a cup of coffee. I stopped by thinking, "Hey this looks convenient on my way to an appointment." But, there is no menu and was told, "I would have to get the app to order." Coffee shouldn't be this hard. The place was absolutely dead and I never see anyone there so how it survives is beyond comprehension. Queenies...

My espresso (wild blend) was served in a small glass with soda water. It had a soft round acidity, and a body that was full and roasty despite the light roast.
