SLOW.
Sat in line behind 6 cars and not a single car moved forward for 21 minutes. You defeat this entire drive-thru coffee business model if you can't move.
I frequent this location, but it has really gone downhill in the past couple of months.
- No refund option on the app. Paid, had to drive away without the coffee (people have things to do, 25 minutes for coffee wasn't on my agenda) - now I'm trying to figure out how to get refunded.
Lots of other great coffee in Tulsa, do better.
My go to drive through coffee place. I live closer to multiple national chain coffee restaurants in midtown, but the overall quality of coffee and food at Cirque is better than the chains, and the wait isn’t as long. Love using the app and having my coffee ready to go when I pick it up. Very convenient access off the highway as well.
Maybe the pricing is slightly higher than Starbucks, but I don’t mind paying a premium to support local businesses

Great coffee, but I don't think anyone has cleaned under the rack on the countertop for a LONG time or maybe ever! It might be good for an employee to look in the windows from the outside and see what your customers see. Who knows--maybe it is not accessible, but first impressions are not good. But the coffee really was DELISH!

Bold and flavorful coffee! Absolutely loved my espresso. The staff is kind and helpful, the smells are wonderful! So many fun and different options if you want, or solid classic options!

Coffee is excellent. I go to the one on Utica. People at the counter are great, the one there today is great.

Disappointing. Overpriced. Basic.
1.) No cash.
Location wasn’t accepting cash as of two weeks ago (based upon most recent reviews), and still is not accepting cash.
2.) Menu is small.
Only had 4 signature drinks in addition to the fall menu. Underwhelming.
3.) Prices are TOO HIGH.
$7.05 for a 12oz hot latte.
Now, the actual coffee review.
DID NOT smell like Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
DID NOT taste like cinnamon nor toast nor crunch.
** Coffee flavor was almost non existent. **
Has a Carmel milky flavor like a caramel breve. I am so sorry to write a bad review like this, but I am highly disappointed in this location. The barista was nice, but all of these notations are inexcusable and this ranks as the worst coffee shop I have been to in Oklahoma.

I have been going here off and on for quite some time. Today, I pull up and order a 16oz latte, just shy of $9. That was enough for me to never come back, but I needed my coffee and went to hand my money but “we don’t take cash”.
Regularly there are three or four employees working at any given time. Every time I pull in to this place, there’s nobody but me in line. I’m convinced now this has got to be some money-laundering scheme and I will not be back again.

Pretty bad honestly.
Ube latte (the signature bev) tasted very chemically and breakfast sandwich tasted very artificial and just mid.
Have never gone again and would never go again.

What happened to Cirque?!? This used to be the best coffee in town. I just paid $10 for a draft latte that was bland and watered down with ice. So long Cirque, it was a good run.

Very helpful and friendly employees. An incident forced me to come use their parking lot so I decided to order while letting them know about my situation. They were so polite and smiley that it brightened my day, making my situation less aggravating. I'm a pot of coffee from type person, so I don't exactly know how to order coffee drinks, but they were very polite and helpful. The coffee was delicious as well!

The draft Latte hasn't tasted the same ever since Topeca bought them out.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, especially negative ones, but I’m hoping that doing so will encourage this place to up its game. This place is right by my house and I so wanted to love it but I’ve gotten coffee here twice now and both times the coffee tasted terrible. I love that cirque makes all their own syrups, but the coffee itself tasted so burnt and gross I couldn’t enjoy it. I threw it out both times. The baristas were kind, but it’s also very hard to order without any physical menu to look at. I don’t have a smartphone and my friend who was driving had to pull it up on their phone. On top of all of this, it somehow came out to $18 for two undrinkable lattes, my friend tossed theirs as well. Very disappointed.

I always get batch brew or americano and I get their weirdo blend for 90% of my at home beans, occasionally will get beans from Nords, but $17 for 12 oz bag is hard to beat. They used to always give me a free batch brew with my beans which was really hard to beat. Sometimes they will, but it’s not policy anymore. We’ve tried some of their other drinks like draft latte and they’re not our thing. The breakfast sandwich is really good and pretty average price for a coffee shop. The new app is actually better, and they will take my order through the drive thru now which is great because drip takes 5 seconds to serve. Staff is always friendly.

Used to be good but unfortunately has gone very downhill. It is no fault of the baristas who are very nice but the quality of the coffee after they got bought out and the availability of items is awful. The owner is rude to employees. There's issues with their app usually too.

The quality has gone sour over the years.
I’m certain they can do better with their customer service as well
