They refused service on my sister that worked a 12hr shift. They confused themselves with someone who looked fatigued than with someone who was “very intoxicated”. We will not be returning back. We have been loyal returning customers even on a Sunday where it’s been empty. The front desk got upset even after I paid for myself and returned my bracelet. She did not have cash and they interpreted it as incompetent. Do better.

Extremely disappointed in my experience, my friend group and i were so excited to have a place to go to that was 18 and older and was super excited for our evening, we weren’t even in there for an hour before i got kicked out for being “too intoxicated” i was completely fine and caught of guard so i asked for clarification and the lady said that because i “rolled my ankle IN HEELS” that meant i had to leave… how does that make any sense? probably won’t be returning.. not to mention most of my other 21 and under friends were told to leave shortly after? not very friendly staff. and definitely not under 21 friendly…

The white man that works there is despicably rude. The vending machines are fire though and sometimes the drinks are so cheap and strong. Overall love but that one man I dont like him sorry never seen him be nice.

We enjoyed the drag show and enjoyed our night heavily until my hardly intoxicated friend was denied from service by a completely random security person. Sucks when youre tipping your community and simultaneously being denied by them with biased judgements. Y'all fr need to retrain your employees. It's giving bitter and jealous
