Food was good or I wouldn’t even give 2 stars. The girl waiting on me was on her phone the entire time and got my order wrong. She had no interest in costumers! Just kept talking to whoever was on the line. This was on March 26th at about 9 am.Too bad I didn’t go to the one in terminal a. Maybe that person would have cared! Please correct this with your employees. How rude!!!

When ordering I asked the person if they put spread on both sides of the bagel, because dry bagels are terrible and I wanted to purchase extra if needed. They stated yes, so I did not purchase extra. After receiving bagel I started eating. Once I pulled the second half out there was zero spread. I took it back to the counter and asked them to put spread on the second half and the person making the bagels stated no they only out it on one side and you have to pay extra for more. I did not have time to wait and pay, so I left the bagel on the counter and walked away. Very very disappointing they do not train their employee properly and they have very poor customer service!!!!!!

At 6:00 the morning they said they're "out of eggs" and "need to save some for the pm shift".... Do they normally run out eggs at 6 am? Beside the fact that you wait 20 mins for 3 or 4 ppl in front of you.

The girls were on Facebook the whole time. It says they have Chai Tea Lattes on the menu but the girls said they don’t serve them. Not sure if that’s true or if they just didn’t want to work

Smaller menu than ever (4 sandwich options in total) and yet also much higher prices than it used to be. For $9, I expected the egg sandwich would actually be warm, but the eggs and meat were room temp.

Outside of friendly staff and clean facility, the bagels here are just ok. If you like a real boiled bagel with capers, onion or salmon go somewhere else.

They were the only place open at 04:45am and very happy they were! Great bagels and coffee and very friendly service. Thank you!

Missing the Starbucks that used to be in the airport. This morning I ordered a large mocha, with about 6 people already waiting on food/drink. Several abandoned their order to catch their flights, and I had to ask after my drink before they attempted to make one. 20minutes later and I have an overly sweet undrinkable ‘mocha’.Staff seemed super green, and had hard time keeping up with the [minimal] orders coming in. Making coffees, slicing bagels, and applying cream cheese should not be that difficult.

Can't get it right and it's my fault? A simple order, one Asiago bags (only had three choices, wheat and plain were the others) toasted with cream cheese. Handed me the guys order behind me and he was upset. Then the clerks claimed someone else took my order, I was standing there the whole time, no one took my order. My order then came with whipped butter in a plastic container and I had to return the order. They then handed me another whipped butter. I'm so done with this place and one bagel is five bucks.

Ordered a bagel sandwich and a coffee before my flight. Service was quick. I could have got a better bagel sandwich at a convenience store. Coffee was good. They do not take Caribou coffee or Einstein rewards points app.Kind of disappointing. They cashier was very nice and courteous. The blonde lady in the back not so much. More like a Marine drill sergeant! Skip the food just order drinks.

Doesn't open at 4:30 as posted. Opening employees are their, but ignoring customers.
