I’m always on the hunt for good desserts, and I came across the cutest pie shop called Common Tart. It’s tucked off 17th and Utica and their slices look heavenly! I grabbed the peanut butter mousse, lemon tart, Key lime pie and oatmeal cream pie. They were all so naughty (in the good way!) Each slice costs $7 - definitely worth checking out!! (Pardon the key lime pie shot, took photo after eating a bite!)
Disappointed with the way the 2nd pie social went. The first was better than the second even with the chaos of it being the first. However I did like the way they were cutting the pies before people lined up as that would’ve help make it go smoother if it wasn’t for the line issues . The second time was told there was 2 lines and it’s free for all like that doesn’t work. Those 2 things give people the option to do what they wanted. We waited 9 minutes in a line that didn’t...
Took my daughter here for a piece of pie after a concert, and we were not disappointed. The pies were absolutely amazing. You can tell there is love in every pie displayed and the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve told everyone to go try it out. You will thank me later!
