As long as you check your order before leaving you’ll be alright . Last two times I went I did not get what I ordered. And the coneys were all layed on their sides melted together almost not edible without a fork

2025 Update - 5 years later- I get to the store at 10:30 which is 30 mins before open and decide it's worth the wait (boy was I wrong), BUT at 11 the doors we're not open. At 11:05 the doors are not open. At 11:10 I call, and ask if they forgot to unlock the door and the guy says "we'll be open in a few seconds". I stand waiting for 5 more minutes and decide to leave. Multiple other customers pulled up and left in the meantime too. How can you not manage to have the store open by 11 am!? A few minutes I understand, 15 plus minutes is abysmal. Super disappointed!

The best there is! There is a DIFFERENCE between a coney and a hot dog. Coney I-Lander has the real deal. I will drive for hours to take down four of these beauties with cheese and everything.

It's Been a while without Coney's for me (1 ½ yrs ), And THESE FOLKS DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME! I've never been to this location but THEY NAILED THAT CONEY I-LANDER TASTE. Thanks guys! ??
This is the absolute WORST manager I have ever dealt with. Instead of just making it right after i called and was bringing the coneys back he continues on about how it is my fault they didn’t put cheese on my coney because I ordered inside and went and paid while he finished up instead of watching him the whole time like a child. Also because i asked for 3 cheese coneys made regular and 2 cheese coneys without onion he said if you say regular at all that means no cheese lol. I understand i didn’t check my food before i left but i simply called so they could make it right not to be lectured like a child. He wouldn’t even let me speak and talked over me 90% of the conversation. I did get my coneys remade and the girl and guy up front were very nice. But the manager needs to understand when to just say sorry and make it right.

Honestly? This was an awful experience, the staff were standing around talking and the food wasn't that good. The buns were borderline wet and I'm not sure if the chili was old but it definitely did not taste good or fresh.
