Food was ok but the service and hospitality was terrible. I bought and paid for my meal and a drink, and they were out of tea, which was the drink that I ordered, and when I told the Manager that I would like a refund and I will just drink water, he laughed at me and told me you’re out of luck. I don’t do refunds.

The service was great and the coneys are always incredible.
Friendly staff make this a must stop for coneys, tamales and Frito chili pie! Their chilli is key to the familiar coneys I crave. Older location, but clean and fine to dine in or get it to go. Order was just like I ordered and quickly prepared. Thanks for leaving off the onions.

This place never misses. I live in Oklahoma City, and I make Coney I-Lander a priority whenever I'm in town. It's THAT good. Don't be put off by its simplicity. You won't be disappointed. Don't listen to the snobs. It's a down-home, local restaurant. It's not corporate, and that's part of what's great about it. The buns do NOT get soggy. The buns are perfect. ...Again, it may not look pretty, and the service may not be corporate fast, but they are good people and the food is excellent.
