Will not downgrade an executive membership to a regular membership when you renew. Cashier said they can't at the register, they have to charge for the executive but they can refund it at the customer service. Go there and they say they can't do that, I have to come back on another trip and they'll do it then because it's not in the system. I have a reciept with the information. They wouldn't let me check out without it being in the system. Clearly they just want to keep the money and hope it'll forget on my next trip. can't wait to cancel this completely next year

Great places as a whole. Someone should tell Scott, with glasses, new balances, red vest and late 40s age that being condescending to customers at the register isn’t appropriate. Making comments about how “we really ask simple questions, this isn’t hard,” isn’t really appropriate. That’s especially when it’s loud and we couldn’t hear what he was saying. If he hates his job this much, I’m sure Costco wouldn’t lose anything in customer service with him leaving.

I am highly disappointed I go and get a rotisserie chicken for dinner get home to warm it up and half of it was either bloody or light pink completely destroyed my dinner...tried calling costco and there was no answer...stay far far far away from the rotisserie chicken ...I will never buy one ever again

We love Costco in Tulsa. We've always had great customer service, as we should as we basically pay for it. However, the pharmacy is lacking in customer service skills. Prices in pharmacy are really good but geez the pharmacists are not pleasant to deal with.

I ordered and paid for a set of tires for my truck that were on sale. When I arrived they saw I had aftermarket wheels and advised they would probably damage my wheels installing the new tires. It seemed like they were bragging about it!
