Country Bird Bakery Reviews
Congratulations on your James Beard Award, Cat Cox!
Wonderful, unique sourdough breads infused with her obvious love of baking with local whole grains and supporting her fellow local gardeners, graineries, cooks & bakers. Truly deserved! So happy for her, Courtney and her solid, reliable team of amazing bakers. Well done!
Oh my goodness! Pure wonderfulness! My son’s girlfriend and I went and we bought almost a dozen items and they were incredible. We waited in line and it was well worth it! We loved everything about this place. The food. The staff were so kind and helpful. Glad we found this wonderful place!
I'll never be on a low-carb diet so long as this bakery exists. I didn't know exactly how much bread I could fit in the tank before purchasing their weekly special loaf and Halva spread from the shelf. The pistachio Halva spread was flakey and melted on my tounge. The rustic loaf was soft with a hearty, chewy and slightly crispy crust. The flavors together were otherworldly and I couldn't stop. The loaf disappeared in a matter of hours. Well, done Country Bird. Well, done.
