If I could give this place six stars I would. Hands down the best bakery in t-town. Make sure you check if they're open before going as they're typically only open one or two days a week, get there early it's WORTH IT. They have some of the most creative and tasty baking I've ever had. Everything there is great, I'm always excited to see what they have in store when I go in!

That Earl Gray Morning Bun was seriously one of the most delicious sweet things I have ever eaten. I am glad I asked the bakers what I should order. My gluten-free friend was blown away by the GF choices. So run, don't walk, ASAP. (Actually, running there and back would be a really good idea so you could eat more!)
Dietary restrictions: Has gluten free options.

The most incredible bakery, I love everything they make, they're all so sweet. I also love how they like to incorporate foraged and locally grown grains in their food. It's always so special ?
Vegetarian options: There are always savory vegetarian options!
Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free pastries and breads!
Wheelchair accessibility: The shop has no steps and plenty of room for wheelchair users to navigate

I have been buying bread and pastries from Country Bird for over a year now. Unlike any other bakery I've been to, Cat and her team care deeply about the quality and source of all of their ingredients. Everything they bake uses a sourdough base, so it's more nutritious than most baked goods out there. They use the best quality flours, source produce from local farms and carry product from other small businesses that value sustainability. The absolute BEST PASTRIES and BEST BREAD in town and completely worth a short wait in line.

The bakery is an oasis of delight. The owner’s dedication to quality from both an ingredient and artisan level makes everything they bake truly special. The sourdough nature of the baked goods make it easier to digest and more delicious. Tulsa is so lucky to have a bakery of this quality.

I was so so excited to order from here. I had their things in the past and was always so impressed. I had ordered over $140 for the holiday. Unfortunately my little guy wasn’t feeling so well, we had just moved to Tulsa so I didn’t have anyone to help watch him while he was sick. I couldn’t make it for my pickup time. Since it was the holidays she said if you can’t make it we’re sorry, and that was it lol they kept my order and my money.I still find it odd.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because it’s delicious. We frequent farm bar and will continue to enjoy bread there

A new friend, Justin suggested this incredible place. The aromas and beautiful displays made it difficult to determine what to try. So, I tried pastries and of course, sourdough bread. Cat and her Team did not disappoint. Gold medal taste, presentation, and service. If you're traveling to Tulsa, leave room in your suitcase for an array of deliciousness ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ A genuine combination of pâtisserie, boulangerie & viennoiserie ???

The pizza sourdough class was awesome!! We made the two dough cheese pizzas today and they were good so much better than the other doughs I’ve tried to make in the past at home!!
I highly recommend the course to anyone interested in pizza and bonus points for those already in the sourdough game.
Protip: if you just buy the premade crust it’s pretty amazing too.

Country Bird is quite possibly my favorite place on the planet. I've tried a huge array of their goodies - from sweet to savory, from iced to spiced - and it's all incredible. The Pistachio Rose twice-baked croissant will change your life. I love the variation and surprises on the menu each week. Cat and her team are also so friendly and inviting. You can see the joy on their faces and taste it in their treats. I've also taken her sourdough class which is the gift that keeps on giving. Is 1 million Stars too many to give? I don't think so.
Kid-friendliness: I usually bring my toddlers along. They call it "our bakery" and love everything they've picked out. No one seems to mind their antics!
