We ordered bread/dessert for a dinner party we were having and it didn’t disappoint! Make sure you get the black garlic and honey butter 😋

Tried Country Bird for the first time today, and can definitely attest that the hype is REAL! I had the huge flaky, buttery, perfectly baked croissant. I will be back to try the pizza, chocolate chip cookies, more croissants, etc! I really hope they consider being open for more than 2 days a week. GO TRY if you haven't!

I showed up 15 minutes before they opened and was maybe the 12th person in line. Was excited to wait so I could get all their goodies! By the time I got up to the glass, they were out of blondies so I asked if they were out for good for the day. I was met with a blank “yeah, they’re really popular.” “But you only opened 10 minutes ago” “Our dessert boxes are popular, if you wanted one you should have ordered a box.”
I was left feeling disappointed and confused that they were sold out, and then frustrated by her response. How is a bakery sold out of something 10 minutes after they open? They know the amount of preorders beforehand, so why not prepare enough for the customers walking in? What’s the point of showing up early and waiting when they don’t care to have product for those who show up?
Some will say that’s the price of a popular place, I say that’s just a bad business
The girl working the register was kind and helpful, the girl grabbing the goods made me want to not come back and felt like I was a bother for asking anything.

Get there early to get in line- you won't regret it! The choice of items is awesome; I had a hard time making a decision because everything was drool worthy! They also have set pre-orders and pick-up available, but I wanted to experience the thrill of choosing from everything available.

I have been waiting moths for a free Saturday that let me travel 100+ miles to purchase my own baked items. Was totally worth the wait and the drive!

As a executive chef of over 30 years from many different walks of life this place is hands down a must.

If your stranded in a desert and you have the option of water or pistachio croissant........well you would know if you've had the pleasure of grabbing just a few things here.

The sourdough brownies are nothing short of a spiritual experience. 👌 👍 perfection at its finest.

Also got a house loaf cause when in Rome.... the smell alone is life changing.

Next time I get the pleasure of this willy Wonka experience of culinary baking perfection I will get one of everything left.

Thanks for the love and dedication that is obvious to anyone that has touched flour.

We arrived before opening on a Saturday and waited in line for 40 minutes (which we expected) and were able to order coffee from a Pony Coffee truck, which was delicious.
Once inside, incredible smells overtook us and we lost the plot. Ordered so many treats! The single best thing, other than the bread, was the service. Cat and co. were calm, patient, and cheerful as they served us despite the pressure of so many hungry patrons. The didn’t appear ruffled in the least- a rare feat in the service industry! The bread was still warm; we enjoyed it in the car. We are so glad we were able to enjoy Country Bird Bakery while in Tulsa.

Had sky-high expectations and the team here still blew me away. So many interesting flavors and concepts, and such a lovely group of people. Can't recommend highly enough - but please don't take my place in line :)

The baked goods are incredible, as evidenced by the line sometimes down the block and around the corner. The line, in fact, is the worst part about this place. But they do have a pre-order option with no wait.

Waited in line for not too long (maybe 15-20 minutes) on a Saturday around 11 or 11:30 am. Great food and staff

The food is great. I loved the pistachio pastry along with the earl Grey bun. The place is pretty small so you have to take the food to go. However the baked good are delicious.

Sourdough is the way to go! Great selection and amazing smells ahead. I have never been more satisfied by ordering half of the menu before. Get here early or order head because they are only open Saturdays for the most part

Amazing food and even better vibes! Despite the long line of customers waiting, Cat and her team didn't rush those at the front. They were warm and more than willing to answer any questions. I would highly recommend the labneh and make sure to try anything with fig leaf. Pro tip: pre-order the croissant variety pack, they make a fantastic snack while waiting in line. :)

People wait an hour in line for this. It's amazing. Cat and her team are some of the loveliest people. Walking in and being recognized and treated like friends adds to the total experience. They're always making something new and interesting. I love their twice baked croissants. If you can't wait it out on a Saturday, they do have pre-orders available that you can just pop in and grab.

When you order a breakfast pasty they are already pre-packaged. When I arrived home I found myself with a $7 burned cinnamon roll and a third of it with no icing. Unfortunately no one in my family was excited for this. For being a James Beard award winner and open one day per week I had higher expectations for Country Bird Bakery.
