Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I have been patronizing this location for many years and always enjoy the food and service.

Great food, great shopping. Lots of clearance.

Typical restaurant it is a commercial train the food is processed I prefer to go to mom and pop places with a food is homemade with love but it's good in a pinch

Hash brown tots are good....that is all the CFS looks like they get it premade from Sam's club the fried chicken looked....old like it had been sitting around under a lamp....you know the look😮‍💨 good just seemed bland and this was over a course of two visits.
The store is the best part of the experience. That's like going to O.G. just for salad and bread sticks

We enjoy Cracker Barrel and generally have a consistency in food, service and atmosphere. The service was good (Riley was very patient and answered our questions) and the atmosphere was great but my food was less than outstanding. My mashed potatoes were NOT fresh, stuck together like it had been glued (not soft nor hot) and the gravy was way oversalted and thin. I was disappointed but I guess sometimes, the food misses the mark, even at Cracker Barrel.

Service was horrible took them 20 minutes just to take our order my food was very cold and tasted horrible like it was yesterday's food waitress never refilled our drinks the whole time we were there had to ask someone else to fill our drinks

I was in a rush. The app wasn't working and I called ahead. Nobody asked for my name. Then when I got to the store to pick up, the gentleman was annoyed because he couldn't find my name anywhere, complaining that the system only uses names. I got the 1 miles down the road to work and the "iced" coffee was warm and all around gross with melted whipped cream. There wasn't even ice, maybe a couple ice cubes. Then I opened the pancakes. I love their blueberry pancakes, I get them all the time. The syrup wasn't there traditional blueberry syrup, it was a blueberry gross sauce. Then they gave me maple syrup in little jars.... WHERE IS THE AMAZING BLUEBERRY SYRUP that I specifically asked for? By the time I added butter and the blueberry sauce, they were cold and the coffee had the little ice melted completely. Thanks for nothing, I was late to work, thinking it was worth the pancakes and now I was just late with no breakfast.

Very fun store, we may have walked and wonder the store longer than our whole meal. Breakfast was yummy thank you. Store has many items to look at.

Service was subpar. Server was not very attentive. I had to find her to get refills. She would never come by my table to check on me.

We were seated and then nothing. No service, no water, no coffee nothing. Several servers walked past us but none seamed to believe the table was theirs to serve.
Told hostess/host why we were leaving and they were oh seriously, so sorry have a good day.

Bits of the meatloaf wasn't cooked all the way. We did let the waitress know. The pancakes just wasn't impressed. The syrup didn't even add taste. And then we stopped at the gift shop and after we got back home we noticed the product we got was already opened. Sorry, but I will never eat at another Cracker Barrel. First and last time!
