Did not have ohone with me or I would have had pictures.
My husband's plate was dirty yes dirty.
It was like splattered grease that was hardened on the plate my chicken tenders were cold. The only thing was was halfway decent and warm was the Mac n cheese.
I have not been to cracker barrel in about 10 years. Wow, it has went down hill never will I go back!

Restaurant was clean, women's bathroom could have been cleaner. Food came out at a decent time but we were missing items. Waiter was very inattentive even though we were 1 of his 2 tables. He only came back once to refill drinks and that was at the end of our meal..food was OK, wasn't as good as other Cracker Barrel Restaurants I have visited, nothing to brag about, pretty basic but filled us up.

Walked in no waiting, the guy got our stuff to seat us & a girl came in behind us. He totally ignored us then. When he was done taking to her, he started to seat us again & stopped & was gonna clean a table for her because she wanted a certain section. I told my husband that we were leaving & he decided to finally seat us. If not for my husband I would have walked out. It was extremely rude to treat us that way. Our server joy was phenomenal & the food was awesome & fresh.

The food was excellent but the service was top tier. The general manager's kindness for our situation was amazing. Im still thinking about it 3 weeks later. Truly, thank you.

Gift shop is super cute, service is friendly. Great biscuits and cornbread. Two stars on the food, because my kids ordered hamburgers and they were served rare/raw. The kids didn't know to tell me or ask for a well-done burger so they ate as much as they could. I told them they didn't have to eat it if it didn't taste cooked. Please cook those burgers well done or ask the person how they would like it.

Disappointed overall in the food this time. Chicken strips were dry, fried pickles need to be cooked in fresh oil, sweet tea and sweet carrots weren’t very sweet, mashed potatoes were dry (even with gravy).

Great staff, friendly and efficient! Clean store, organized, and food was hot and cooked correctly! Definitely will make this a weekly breakfast stop !

We came at a slow time at around 4:30pm. We were seated quickly and our waitress was absolutely AMAZING! Adriana was her name and she made us feel like we were her family. I’ve been several times to this location but never had such amazing service my previous visits. The food was ok. Eggs were cooked heat and the French toast was tasty but my bacon seemed like it had been sitting for hours or that they triple fried it. Hard as a rock and extremely bland but Adriana offered us another serving but we were too full for it.
Overall if it were not for our waitress Adriana it wouldn’t have been that great but her exceptional service changed our mind and we will back again just to have the service she provided! She said she only been there a month but she seems like she’s been there years and Cracker Barrel has an amazing asset in her!
