I placed a call in order at 1:30 pm. Was told twenty minutes but wanted to give them plenty of time. Waited a half hour to get there , went and paid and started waiting. After thirty minutes asked the hostess if there was problem. She went to the back and said they were bagging it up. No problem. Thirty minutes later I ask again and someone goes and checks. Young lady comes out ten minutes later and says they are out of one of my to go meals and changes it which is still fine. Got to my car no biscuits no muffins no gravy no dipping sauces. Go back in they find the take out girl. I say I’m sorry but I’m frustrated I have waited now an hour and a half and still my order isn’t complete. She said she was sorry that she had no idea I had been here waiting that she had bagged up my food a long time ago and was waiting for me to arrive to ask which to go meal I wanted to switch. Needless to say my food was super cold, my tea had melted ice and was watered down. This was over fifty dollars. So many employees saw me standing waiting with my grand daughter. No one cared at all. Should not have to wait over an hour and a half and then have cold food and wrong items. Geeze management needs to step up!

First off, I understand, it was a weekend night and the place was packed. We had about a 20 minute wait before being seated. No problem. There was a group at another set of tables (about 4 tables pushed together)....they left a huge mess and only one person was cleaning tables. He got the tables cleaned up when he could, but the floor had a lot of water spilled on it and under the tables was a lot of trash--napkins, straw wrappers, etc....none of that was cleaned up. To me it was a safety matter. Once the tables were moved apart, there was water in the walkway that people kept walking through. Our meals were good, the chicken and dumplins were only warm, not hot but everything else was hot.Dietary restrictions: If you have specific requests, they do their best to accommodate you.

Pecan pancakes are beyond fantastic- best anywhere! Food is fresh and fast, good staff. Decor is kitchy for me, but MIL loves it. They always accommodate her walker when seating us. Traveling this is a constant for us.

Never going back to Cracker Barrel. No Senior discount ? You are offending your largest group of customers. We do have other choices, and it certainly wont be Cracker Barrel.
