For $245 I would expect better food was not hot was bland crawfish was soggy. Absolutely horrible especially for that price.

Your service is horrible every time I go there the server never comes back to the table to see if we need anything. I have to flag down your server every time I come here. I spoke to Sophia one of the managers (as yall say) and she did give us a 10% discount but did not seem sincere about the horrible service we got. This is literally every time I come here. You take out order then bring it out and that’s that. Why do the servers all hang out around the register? Can’t even answer the phone . I get yall a business but we’re paying customers . I don’t appreciate that horrible service I experience here. I’d like to have the server come check on the table rather than me having to flag someone down. If you’re busy then maybe you need to rethink your staffing. I do not like how Sophia gives me this ugly look I wanted to speak to someone higher than her. She wasn’t sincere and I hate a paying customer has to experience this. They didn’t even come back to get the check to charge I had to walk up to the register. This is not right for a restaurant especially the money we pay. I see yall have a trend on horrible service and that server Sophia always has this rude ugly look on her face

I thought it be busy but no! The waitress was very nice 😁 and the food was really good i looked at the ratings and thought it be bad but no actually it was amazing especially for my first time here! 🦀

My review is based on multiple trips there, Service is non existant. ALL employees sit on a table next to the counter and play on their phones. Never once they look up towards customers to see if they need anything. You literally have to get up and goto them to get their attention. Always in a rush to take order and go back to thier phones. Food is average and inconsistant. Atmosphere is ok. Due to poor service I personally will never go back again.

Service is absolutely horrible.
Waiter giving you looks and asked for a refill on my drink 3 times and never received it.

It feels as if they are serving you free food with this service bit no your paying $100+ and being treated like this.

I placed an order online for pickup, the hours posted were to 11:00 pm. The online orders closed at 10 pm. At 10:13 as I was driving to the restaurant I get a call from the restaurant saying the posted hours are wrong, that they actually close at 10:00 and asked if it was ok if THEY LEAVE MY FOOD OUTSIDE. I told them I was 10 min away and they still said they needed to leave my food outside and disconnected the call, no offer to refund my order, and I tipped them. Unbelievable. I’ll return as I have before because I enjoy the food but I will NEVER tip at this establishment again.

The server was nice but not that attentive, my husband's tea sat empty too long. My husband ordered the catfish, he wasn't impressed, tarter sauce just wasn't very good. My crab legs wasn't great, I chose garlic butter and not a lot of flavor with that. We probably won't go back to this place, it was our first time.

The restroom was dirty, our waitress checked on us one time. We had to flag her down for everything and the were not busy. My nephew had accidentally dropped his cup of water between our table and another, my mom was the one who put the wet floor sign out and they never cleaned it up. The staff were just walking through it.

I love their seafood boil. Their sauce is the best out of the three seafood restaurants I go to here in Tulsa. The only complaint I have is their service is poor. I normally give 20 percent tips but with their server, I barely gave 10 percent. They are not so welcoming, they feel like they are bored serving at lunch. This is the 4th time now I have come here and same old same old service I get. Servers are unwelcoming, unattentive, and unfriendly.

Terrible service!! Did not check on our table, had to personally ask if we could get a refill. When we kindly asked if we could get a refill she “oh my gosh” me and snatched the cup. The lady with the AirPods didn’t get our order right and is always on her phone, worst attitude ever. Shouldn’t be a server.

Went yesterday our waitress was not the best towards us but was super friendly to the table behind us which made me wonder. She was wearing her AirPod which was very unprofessional in my opinion but the worst part were the restrooms, brought us the check before we were even done (the place was pretty much empty). Main problem was the service, food was decent.
