The store was really dirty, and this is the first time I’ve been and the employees were rude. My box had frosting caked on the bottom of the box and when he handed it to me, I got frosting all over me and asked for a paper towel and they were annoyed. The cookies were good with the exception of the Lucky Charms one because mine was kind of burnt.

Extremely disappointed ☹️ the cookies were underbaked. I paid a lot of money for dough.definitely want a refund and will happily return the dough! So sad because I drove miles to get these cookies

Sign up saying 6 for the price of 4 but they wouldn’t honor it. Bait & switch! Dishonest.

Just left this location at 8:30 on a Saturday night. It took 30 mins to get 4 cookies. And one of the kinds we ordered they didn’t even have. There were 4 people “working” but nothing was really being done. It was painfully slow service. One employee dropped a finished box of cookies on the floor and it just got left there!! The employees just continued to step around the dropped box of cookies, no one picked it up!! The whole floor in the back was absolutely filthy. We love the cookies (when they actually have them made) but will not be back to this location!

Love getting fresh warm cookies or chilled if that is the type of cookie of the week. Overall this store stays busy and when I have gone the workers stay pretty on top of getting everyone’s orders to them in a timely manner

Didn’t get what we ordered , paid the extra for the chocolate Oreo cake and got some oatmeal type cookie instead. Kinda frustrating

My daughters and I went yesterday and there were 2 employees working at the time. Not one word was spoken to us the entire time. After about a 5 min wait I had to assist the customer in front of me on how to order off the screen, an employee never even looked at us. After placing my own order the employee then handed me the box. Didn’t open them to confirm they were correct or say thank you or anything. It was so weird and such poor customer service.

After ordering, I watched two employees take money and/or use the order pad while they had their gloves on. Then they immediately went back to making or picking up food with those same gloves. As in, the employee stuck that same gloved hand that he took cash with into the middle of the brown sugar to make a little volcano so he could add other ingredients. Yuk!

Just attempted to try this for the first time.
No greeting and no one even looked up at me.
I ordered a 3 pack mini but the self pay kiosk would not take my payment.
No one even noticed me leaving.
I am a little surprised needless to say. I work at Tulsa Hills.

No sign was put up saying the store was closed for today the open sign looked like it was still on or something with one light that I could see on inside, doors were locked. Had placed an early order this morning before I had work my husband placed it, when we got there we thought maybe they left for a second or something but google maps says they are open, nothing on their doors or windows implies that they would be closed today, two to five other customers went to open that door and it was locked, all on the door the latest being New Years obviously was closed but it's January 10th. My husband as well as other customers were super disappointed and frustrated so we canceled our order whenever we sat there for an hour or two because I got off work earlier than expected and hopefully we get our $27 and something cents back. Would be super helpful if there were at least some signs letting customers know they'd be closed for the day or a very late open, because at my job that's what we had to do so our customers knew. Super beyond disappointing I've never had a bad experience until today, a note of some sort would've been much appreciated and all of us would've been less disappointed. Hoping to update this review whenever you are open, the Cookie Crumbl on Olympia Tulsa Hills location. I've only ever been to the Owasso location once or twice during winter weather and they have been open so I don't know. The roads aren't that bad besides leaving my apartment area. But this was also my first time at this location so it was definitely disappointing. I've also read the reviews about hair getting into the cookies so I may just go to the one on I think there's one on Yale or Sheridian or something. There were like 3 or 4 I read, that grosses me out i don't want to spend my money at this particular location if they are going to keep getting these reviews and making people wait to figure out if they're order is even next to being handed out according to other reviews I read. I'll pass this location I think, I don't know I'll attempt to give this location a chance if we come by a second time if my husband agrees to otherwise, we will go to another location in Tulsa instead.

I ordered some mini pies because very few cookies were available at the end of November. The desserts were for my sons' birthday. I picked up my order and about half of the pies looked like a toddler made them. They were embarrassing to serve. I contacted the store and the young man was nice but really unable to do anything. The manager was "sleeping" so he was texting with me, waiting for a response. I was supoosed to be contacted by someone else at the location and never heard anything. I will not go to this location again.
