First time in this store and looking around the inside front of the store ,it looks like the floor was not cleaned for a while. Since I had a gift card I thought I would give them a try, I don't think I would be going back
I have made it a personal mission of mine to review and rank all of the Crumbl cookie stores in the Tulsa area.
My standards are very simple, I really only care about how well the cookie is baked (I do not like crunchy or over baked cookies at all), and most importantly the cookie having the same amount of frosting as promised in the photos and displays. I expect and pay for my desserts to have the standard amount shown, especially if I order ahead of time on the app.

The cookie we had was very good: crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
However, I saw an employee do something that turned my stomach. After he had handled money, he went straight back to shaping cookie dough in his hands with the same gloves that he had on while handling money. I was glad that he didn't handle my cookie, but who knows how it was shaped and later handled. This is a health department issue and employees need more training!
