Thank you so much for the mini pink sugar cookies! The desserts we had planned for a wedding fell through, and I called this store the day before the wedding to see if they could make a last minute catering order to pick up the day of the wedding. Sidney went above and beyond with her customer service and ensured that they would be frosted to perfection. The store promptly called to let me know the order was ready and Peyton showed me the cookies upon pick up- they were perfect....
I guess we partake in Crumbl a lot. I had confused this with the Tulsa Hills Location. The South Memorial Location sets the bar in service. I recommend driving out of your way to get good consistent service from this location.

However, I saw an employee do something that turned my stomach. After he had handled money, he went straight back to shaping cookie dough in his hands with the same gloves that he had on while handling money. I was glad that he didn't handle my cookie, but who knows how it was shaped and later handled. This is a health department issue and employees need more training!
