Thank you Delta Cafe! We will be missed so much! I went there last night on their last day of service! I'm so sad that they are closing doors for good! I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potato with gravy & green beans! Their foods was so freaking good and I will missed it so much! Great memories and we will never be forgotten!
The owner of this establishment was rude and lacked in manners and did not carry simple change in a café restaurant. Middle Eastern man definitely showed his true colors on why he shouldn't be in the food industry. Would consider coming again just to use the restroom. ?♂️

Wasn't the worst I ever had but definitely wasn't the best. We chose it because it was close to where we were staying.
When we saw 2 cars in the parking lot at what shoukd have been a peak serving time, we should have known better. The service was slow and then nonexistent. The chicken fried steak was more breading than anything else. The food was moderately warm when it finally came out. No refills on drinks. When we needed to leave we had to hunt down someone to pay the bill and then had to wait another 10 minutes for change. Had to have change because weren't leaving a 60% tip. A disappointing experience all around.
Ordered a sw chik salad should've went 2 doors down to braums would've been happier, cheese tasted like feet and chicken was hard with bagged salad when they say fresh chopped greens lol and no guacamole but didn't say til after I paid bit it's on menu

Food was mediocre. CFS was mostly batter and very tough! Service was slow and unattentive.

I had filled Cajun grilled catfish, cornbread, black-eyed pea salad, fried okra, and iced tea-it was delicious. Haven't had that combination of food in years-brings back lots of great memories. I will definitely be back!

I go here once a month for lunch with my Mom and Aunts just to spend time with them. The food is never horrible, but it's also not all that good. I no longer eat when I go. I'll wait until I get home, and then I'll eat. Maybe I just need more seasoning and warmer food than they serve. All of my 80 year old family that eats here loves it.
