I believe the owner and chef should try authentic Indian food first. I’m not sure why this place is called an Indian restaurant, because the food does not taste Indian at all.
I ordered chicken tikka and kadai chicken. As you can see in the attached photo, what was served as kadai chicken was actually just an onion curry, not kadai chicken.
This is the worst Indian restaurant experience I’ve had.

EVERYTHING about this place is amazing...from the food, the chefs and the waitstaff etc. The ambiance is calm and relaxing, very zen. The lighting is not too bright, a soft glow yet absolutely adequate. Decor is true to its cultural menu. Loved it 20 years ago and its still maintaining its high quality. I chose mild chicken Tikka Masala and added egg, carrots, peas and green onion. Naan on the side.

Every time I have the pleasure of being at Desi Wok the employees are extremely kind and the food is great! It’s the perfect place to quietly get some work done or have a nice family dinner. I absolutely can not recommend this restaurant enough!
I ordered from Door Dash, my food was nothing like ordering in the restaurant. The cup my Chicken Marsala came in, was so thin the cup had a slit the gravy mixture was oosing out!!! The Naan Bread hardly had any Spinach only one half of the bread, Rice stuck together, my food was awful undesirable, not to mention the over cooked lamb!!! I'm not a complainer my food cost $40.00 for only one person. Take care of the to go orders!!! ~Dee

Used to love this place and would come often. Recently something has changed and the service and quality overall has gone down. My most recent visit was shocking, I stood there without being greeted or even being asked if I needed help. Multiple employees say me yet said nothing, it wasn’t until 4 additional people walked in that someone decided to acknowledge all of us waiting to be helped.

Food was so horrible.The noodles used were VERMICELLI noodles not authentic ones and it had so much butter and color.The service was neutral, but the bathroom was a bit unclean.
