“I have made it a personal mission of mine to review and rank all of the Crumbl cookie stores in the Tulsa area.
My standards are very simple, I really only care about how well the cookie is baked (I do not like crunchy or over baked cookies at all), and most importantly the cookie having the same amount of frosting as promised in the photos and displays. I expect and pay for my desserts to have the standard amount shown, especially if I order ahead of time on the app.
This location has consistently given me perfect cookies, they are baked soft and have the same amount of frosting as shown in the photos and on the displays. The store was very clean, employees super kind, and fast service. Exactly what you want from a Crumbl cookie store, and this one is worth the drive!“

“Fresh delicious good atmosphere and great staff my warm chunky chocolate chip cookie was absolutely scrumptious I am part of Rewards program so you get free cookies here and there and they have lots of holiday themed cookies it's more than what I would pay for cookie but for the quality and The Taste and the freshness I don't mind paying it one bit they are worth it yum yum go get you one

“These croffles are bad-ass! I have been coming here for several years and everything I have gotten was excellent. I especially recommend the Lotus Croffle and the Strawberry Soft Cream Donut with fresh strawberries. And they are expanding and changing their menu often, adding new items like Ttebbokki and Kimbap! Omg can't wait to try it! 🤩“

Base Chocolate: Belgium Chocolate
Glacier does not disclose its specific base chocolate, only stating it uses “high-quality Belgian chocolate.” While their chocolatier, Rosie, continues refining recipes, painting molds, and crafting the visual identity. “Belgian chocolate” is a geographic designation, not a guarantee of excellence. True quality depends on bean origin, fermentation, grinding precision, and conching technique. Industry-respected producers like Callebaut, Felchlin, and the vaunted Valrhona define themselves not by origin labels but by smoothness, flavor integrity, and sourcing ethics.
Pecan & Brown Sugar Dark Bar and Peanut Butter Cup:

The Dark Mediterranean Sea Salt truffle stands out—its clean snap, soft caramel interior, and calibrated salinity create a well-composed, balanced bite. The Fortunato No. 4, featuring rare Nacional cacao, offers a rich, layered chocolate depth, while the Gianduja delivers a silky, nut-forward profile that feels both classic and elevated. These three represent Glacier at its most focused and successful.
The “Hot Chocolate” bonbon captures nostalgic warmth with milk-forward notes, while the Mint Chocolate Chip leans subtle—pleasant, though less assertive than its name suggests.

“I drove by this place a couple of times and finally decided to stop in and wow what a great place! The menu board is fun and full of user friendly choices, and the staff is very nice and welcoming. I am from out of town but will definitely stop by as many times as I can before I leave!“

“I’m so sick of this place. First they have a double double chocolate malt which is like cocaine. THEN they come out with a pumpkin pie concrete that has ACTUAL pumpkin pie in it. STOP I’M GAINING TOO MUCH WEIGHT“

“I love Crumbl cookie. The Tulsa Hills store it’s kind of a hit and miss sometimes they’re good. Sometimes the cookies are hard around the edges. I always have to take a chance. From now on I am going to check the cookies for a freshness around the edges before I leave the store. They are too expensive to have a Non-fresh cookie.“
