Brown tiger with boba and almond milk, it was delicious. Clean store and friendly employees. Definitely recommend!
The guy in there helped me order and was really sweet. I tried the lycee green tea and it was really good
Super cute, lovely place with good music, good vibes, and DELICIOUS food and boba. I’ve tried a few different boba shops, but honestly, the boba pearls here are THE BEST I have do far had. They feel fresh and soft and are absolutely delicious. My favorite is the brown sugar milk tea with brown sugar boba, and it is SO DELICIOUS and has exactly the right amount of boba. The staff is super friendly and happy, and it’s just a lovely experience. The banh mi’s are absolutely delicious, and my husband and I come here every tome we get a date day together.

They had cups of filled with chewy bobas just sitting there waiting to be used instead of leaving them in the warmer so mine were stuck to thw bottom of the cup. I ordered a pumpkin yogurt and it tasted too much like ginger 👎

I visited this afternoon, nice young man helped me today. He recommended pudding for Thai tea and it was delicious. I had the combination Bahn mi. Everything tastes fresh and was well prepared. The baguette is nice, not too soft not too crispy. Good crunch on the bread and fillings.
The environment is cute and clean.
A+ will be back

Delicious fishcake banh mi and milk tea! The staff was patient, helpful and fast. I liked being able to customize the sweetness of the tea.
Last 3 times we’ve been here for dinner they’ve been out of bread. Weekday, weekend, doesn’t matter. Got there before dinner everytime (5ish) and ALWAYS out of bread.
it was my first time in Project boba and Banh Mi. I was very excited to try it. The location is great. I went to the one located on 21st & Yale. I got one of my favorite bobas which is the Taro milk tea, and it was good. I do like how they have different selections of Boba out, so you can choose which one you want. I am hoping to try one of their sandwiches at another time. I was told by one of the employees they didn't have the sandwiches, because they ran out of bread. It is a new place, but I hope that they will change their taste in music, because walking into a restaurant and listening to music that have cuss words, especially when you have children around it's not appropriate. The employees were friendly, but they were very engaged in a conversation and customer service could have been a little bit better. When a customer walks through the door at least say hello, or welcome to etc etc.... I do plan on going back. Give them a try.

I came and tried:
- the Bến Tre coffee (ice blended coconut with Viet coffee): this item surprised me. A good mix between sweet and bitter. If you like it more bitter, ask for another shot of coffee. If you want it less sweet, they have that option too.
- Pate bánh mì (#5): delicious. Their liver pate is so good. Definitely my favorite from now on
