Yummmmm. For $8, I'd def go back for the roast pork sandwich. Massive and filling. Thanks, guys!
This Slushie specialty is delicious 😋. Definitely recommend. Had a great drink with the family
Pretty good. Total was 14.75 for one drink and a sandwich. Sadly, the sandwich was really dry - there was hardly any pate. The drink, strawberry hibiscus, was perfect!
My favorite is the combination banh mi with extra pate and butter. They did not add the extra items the two times I ordered ahead. Came in and ordered in person for in-house eating and they had it right this time, but still not a lot of pate and butter. Unfortunately they don't sell containers of it on the side. They have to add extra sauces into the food, which is odd because they put the vegetables to the side. Do yourself a favor and get the butter and pate from Panasia or Nam Hai to save yourself the extra money they take from you. Having grown up in a similar family business, they won't stop and play dumb even if you call them out on it. Considering all the other reviews that are good they'll most likely behave better depending on the circumstances.
This our favorite Boba place in Tulsa. Watermelon, melon, Saigon coffee and the pate chaude is our go to everytime
Every single time I go, the boba is hard from the middle. I asked her to make sure it was soft this time, she gave me a try and when I got home the boba was hard 🤦🏻♀️ I guess she gave me to try from the top. I paid $30 for 4 drinks. Only to have to fish the damn boba out. What a waste. Have to find a new place to go to.
Boba and food soooo good! The workers are cute too.
Pretty good, but I think I’d pick Cha Bubble Tea or Kung Fu Tea over it most days. Plus it’s more expensive.
My favorite boba place in town (71st location)
The pork banh mi was delicious! Bread was soft yet crunchy and the meat and veggies had great flavor. Strawberry green tea boba was good! Got it with 50% sweetness and it was the perfect combination with the tapioca boba.

I have been coming here often to get a sandwich or a drink. Often (I go around the afternoon), the drinks are well made and refreshing, and the sandwich is satisfying. I think this place is definitely worth a try to see if you like it.
A banh mi place that runs out of bread hours before closing. This has happened multiple times. Please save yourself the time and effort and go elsewhere for food.
I've tried at least 5 other places that serve Boba Tea and Project Bánh Mi Boba Tea is by far the best I've ever had. The employees are Nice and have great customer service.
If you want a REAL boba tea experience,
I recommend BMB for sure!
As a frequent customer, I am starting to become dissatisfied with the service this store is providing. When I come in about an hr before close, I'm noticing more often than not, they are consistently out of tapioca. For a boba shop, I feel as though making enough tapioca to last through the night should be of more priority, as this has happened to me 4 times now. Also, when I call ahead of time to check if there is any more tapioca, nobody is answering the phone. I went today, and the store was completely dark even though I came 30 mins before close as well. The hours differ on google maps vs. apple maps and should be updated to ensure time efficiency for customer satisfaction.
My mom visited this place hoping to try a good boba spot only to have the cashiers snicker and whisper about her broken English as she was trying to order. And the boba drink she got made her sick, to boot. Will not return here, will def let ppl know the quality of workers here.
