They dont listen when you tell them no boba or low ice. About Everytime I’ve went there they mess something up with a very simple order. They’re stingy with the drinks and won’t fill the cup to the top if you get no or low ice.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and does a good job getting things out in a timely manner. The boba is great, and there is a good variety. The interior decor reminds me of a typical Asian modern look you'd see overseas or in your favorite dramas.I've seen them decorate for holidays and they do a great job always looking great and clean.

I love this place so much. But lately, they haven't been having their Banh Mi/Sandwiches available. These past couple times when I called, they've been telling me they don't have their sandwiches. The banh mi's are part of your business name, it would make sense to have it available more often.

The boba here is good. You can taste that they use the proper Lollicup ingredients and traditional recipes for things like the traditional milk tea. The "regular sweetness" is WAAAYY too sweet, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Unless your tastebuds are completely blasted on a fast food and sugar diet, the less sweet is the more traditional way to drink these drinks. They ALSO (and this is egregious for a self-named boba shop) charge $1 extra for their regular tapioca boba as a "topping." Ridiculous. The girl at the register was snotty and unhelpful, which is on par for a boba shop, but did not encourage me to want to spend more money at a future date. That said, if you're willing to spend the money, it's more or less the same quality of boba I used to make when I worked in a boba shop myself, which is a quality hard to find.

I went in with my little son to order some boba. In the past we have ordered as always two mango milk teas one with regular boba and the other with the boba just on the side. Since he is young he eats it with a spoon instead of sipping through the straw so he doesn’t choke. They refused to do this which I wasn’t asking for a full cup of boba just a little and it didn’t even have to be on an actual cup. They had no reason just refused so I will stop giving them my service. They were rather rude and I thought it was disrespectful because I’ve never been treated in such a way and I spoke in a nice manner to them. I was going to pay for the full price of both drinks + boba. What a let down! :(

I ordered the combination sandwich. It had 4 pieces of meat. That's it. You're literally paying $6.25 for a piece of bread. Not worth it.The taste of the sandwich is fine though. Tastes better than a few of the other sandwiches.

If you love Boba, this is the place to go. My daughters and I have been getting Boba here for years. They have changed hands but their drinks and food are terrific. I love the brown sugar tiger with less sugar. I recently tried the matcha tiger and it was also terrific. We've tried many of their drinks over the years including their teas in different milk drinks and they're all great.

The pictures look nothing like the place. The staff was incredibly rude and turned the lights out on all six of us thirty minutes before they closed. There was hair on my drink and on the tables. It was going to be our new spot to hang out every Wednesday. I guess we’ll be going to Cha instead. Great product though!

Been to quite a few around town and keep going back to this one. It just tastes awesome. They fixed the smell issue from the drains. Updated to 5 star

Pros:bread were soft, crunchy, and chewy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The fermented carrots and daikon fillings tasted excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The meat fillings had a good amount of flavor and taste ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The size of the sandwiches was worth the money and presented nicely⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Cons:Meat fillings could be more. When I open the Combination banh mi sandwich wrapper, first thing I said was, "What-the-heck?? Where did the meat fillings disappeared too?" I get it ...I understand that prices are skyrocketing, but seriously just three thinly slice of different meat for the combination banh mi sandwich?? ??? ?Would I go eat here again? Not really unless I'm in the neighborhood doing some shopping and looking for food to eat.

Best banh mi sandwiches in Tulsa. Bread was very fresh and crunchy. Veggies were good sweet and hot. I had the combination and my wife tried the fried egg sandwich both were very good. We both ordered t's with boba and the nice thing about this place is they ask how sweet you want it. I love boba teas but find it most are too sweet for my liking. That was nice to be able to select at this place. I'll be back for more.

BMB has better milk tea than Kung Fu Tea. I love their green milk tea with boba.
