Their pizza is pizza. Delivery is ridiculous though. Wouldn't order from Dominos without the 10$ offer because of 6$ delivery fee

Disgusting delivery vehicles! Went to go deliver pizzas for this location on Sheridan today and they required me to ride along with an employee as part of the training. I went out to the delivery guys car and he opened his doors to put the pizza in the back seat and his entire back floor boards were filled with garbage, from floor to seat level. He then opened the front door and the passenger seat was the exact same, floorboard to seat level filled with trash! I refused to get in the guys car, went back in and the manager told me I had to get in his car or I would have to leave. I informed them of their responsibility per dominos policy to inspect drivers’ cars for cleanliness and just common sense to not put food in a car like that. They didn’t care, I threw em my hat and gladly left. I would avoid this location for sanitation reasons all around.

So I ordered delivery through ubereats because of the snowstorm. They ended delivering through their drivers so they did not communicate or handle to storm very well at all. Was 15 mins late past quoted time with the (first trip, yes, I said first trip BC). The forgot half of my order. And still when the driver came back. He forgot my sauce. I paid extra for sauce. And on top of all that and the numerous times I called, the lady answering my call NEVER offered me a refund or a gift card in condolences of THEIR error. So 0/5. Which is sad bc I would have ordered again bc I liked the food. Just terrible service. I've worked in the restaurant industry for a decade, you should know how to handle customer service even in a storm. If u can't handle that, don't sign up to deliver in a storm. Period.

Don’t go to this location. If you place an order online/phone they will NOT make your food until you get there to pick it up! We waited at the window on three different occasions for food that was supposed to be ready via pizza tracker when we got there and it wasn’t. Waited for 10 minutes due to being busy then another 20 just for them to make the food when it was supposed to be ready for pick up when I got there. They claim the pizza tracker on the app is not accurate and is not set up by our orders specifically when that is not in fact true they were rude and mocked us in the back of the store while laughing and pointing. It’s honestly just pizza but their attitude and customer service is terrible. Didn’t even start our food when the app said it was ready for pick up! And then the girl brought back up to the window as if I threatened her.. they are a JOKE!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Domino's Pizza due to poor management skills exhibited by the manager, Denise. Despite my efforts to inquire about the status of my order after waiting for three hours, I was continually misled and lied to by the staff. This lack of transparency and accountability reflects poorly on the management and the overall operational efficiency of the establishment. The persistent delays and misinformation not only left me unsatisfied as a customer but also raised concerns about the reliability and professionalism of the services provided. I urge Domino's Pizza to address the issues of poor management and communication promptly to ensure a better customer experience in the future. On top of it all I am being refused a refund because the delivery driver said he delivered it...

Did an online order and was really impressed as to how fast they finished. With that being said I order a supreme with no mushrooms, thankfully there was no mushrooms, BUT the amount of toppings on this pizza was next to none. I would have been better off with ordering a pepperoni pizza. The other part of my order was wings with sauce on it and looks like there was minimal to zero effort put into it.

3866 South Sheridan Rd Tulsa, OK 74145 I ordered pizza for my 5 year old granddaughters. The driver called me because she couldn't find my building. I even went outside to look for her and call the store. The SO called manger refused to listen to me because she insisted I hung up on purpose. If I ordered why would I have ordered it and spent $25. She claimed she was sending it back out but when a attempted to call her she proceeded to continue to hang up. She was rude, and unprofessional with no customer service skills. My granddaughters fell asleep with no food and I'm pissed off
