Every time I order delivery from them at lunch time, I get a raw deal. I plan my lunch break based on what I’m told the delivery times are but they have always been 20 mins or more later! I watch the driver through tracking every time and every time he goes to the same map location and is there for 15-20 mins before FINALLY delivering my order. It’s crazy.

Are you serious? It took me 7 minutes to order online. The app said they started making it at 3:56, I literally picked it up 10 minutes later per the app and was home in time to watch Jeopardy. The WHOLE experience was 30 minutes tops from ordering to sitting back on my couch eating my pizzas. Oh, did I mention that I got two large topping pizzas for $15 TOTAL???? Seriously gnoshing on these for 3 days. Very good, light, flavorful pizzas. Wow. 30 minutes. I'm a believer!!!Parking: Didn't even have to get out of the car. Went to the window. The signage was great. The dinger at the window pavement needed to be adjusted, so I just honked my horn.

Very poor service forgot one of my items ordered cheese bread sticks didn't get them got cheesy stuffed bread sticks. They were so over cooked they were terrible. I guess they was out of the regular ones didn't bother to tell me that when i ordered.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not only was our delivery driver extremely rude, our food is cold and soggy, and the pizza box was smashed in. we received our pizza over an hour and a half after our order was placed. And when I asked our driver why it took so long because we're 4 minutes away from the store, she immediately got defensive and snarky. Over all I am very DISAPPOINTED. And definitely will NOT be ordering from this location again, Save your money and your time, these people do not care about good service.

I picked three medium pizzas up from my usual location. When I returned to the office, which is not even a quarter of a mile away. The pizza edges on all three pizzas were completely black, the cheese was dried out. They looked like day old refrigerated pizza. I call the store to see what I needed to do for compensation. The employee stated that he looked at the pizzas, they were fine. He refused to acknowledge that the pizzas may have been burned. Because he was so contentious, I advised that I will not recommend nor buy from this Dominos again. Terrible customer service...quess that doesn't matter anymore...it will when it hits 'em in the pocket

I picked up my free emergency pizza at 38th & sheridan today at 2pm and i didnt catch his name but i gotta give him props on the pizza it was one of the better pizzas ive ever received from dominos. The dough was perfectly tossed and ham and pineapple were evenly spread and that was a free one. I use to manage a dominos in 2011-2012 on 71st sheridan so i would know. And it was already ready in ten minutes when i got there. That guy deserves a raise!
SUPER RUDE the minute we walked in to get our order the lady yelled at me and my husband for trying to use the bathroom, we were literally in the bathroom half way while she’s yelling “stop stop, do you have an order” while almost grabbing my husbands arm, and close enough he could smell her breath she had the most rude tone. then when we went to pay for our order she rolls her eyes and tells us “we don’t except 100 dollar bills…” at a pizza restaurant? we had walked 20 minutes to get our order and she refused to take our money.. mind you our order was 40$… for them to not have 60$ to give us change blew me away, and just how rude this lady was from the moment we walked in

It was delivered to my home and it was cold and hard and the crust was so hard and why is it that Domino's commercials makes the food esp pizza look amazing and u get it in person after paying $14 or more and it looks the way it does I just don't get it I want that original soft sometimes crunchy crust not everything hard and coldVegetarian options: More then just pizza maybe like vegan optionDietary restrictions: Gluten free/dairy free/nut freeWheelchair accessibility: For more people to fine in u need to have room for everyone including no bumps anywhere so the medical devices can manually maneuver

I have never had good luck with this Domino's. Their pizza always tastes old, like they made them hours ago, and put them in a warmer. Never fresh tasting. Tonight I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and my pizza came with 0 sauce. Called and spoke to the manager, she tried to tell me that in her computer, it shows no sauce. Lies!
