Ordered through UberEats and Domino's delivered their own food. Tracker showed they were in my complex. I called to correct the address because UberEats keeps sending drivers to a road passed mine. They told me he wasn't even in my complex yet but I could see in the tracker that he was. Then I get a notice that my food has been delivered early and enjoy. I go outside my door and there's no food there's nothing there whatsoever. I can't track or see him on the app at all. All I know is that the app said it was delivered and I don't know where it is. So I call right back and I'm pissed. They again tell me that he's not even at my apartment complex, and he has two other deliveries before me and he hasn't made them yet Then I see him walking up. So something is hinky with their system that they said he wasn't even at my address yet. They said he had two orders ahead of me. WTH?! 😒

I ordered for delivery and was waiting for 2 hours and it never got delivered. I called and talked to the manager and she said that she can remake it but it would take another 2 hours. I told them to cancel the order and the manager was rude and hung up on me

Terrible customer service called today to confirm our online order explained we had a party of 8 coming needed extra napkins paper plates we ordered a lot. When I requested Parmesan cheese packets the girl used a tone with me and asked for my credit card for Parmesan cheese packets. Before I new it things were very heated on her end. She yelled at me over the phone saying we charge for Parmesan.. ok don't use that tone ur customer service I'm using ur service. I'm hoping you get fired I just went through a major loss. Mean peour do not deserve the title customer service our pizza was cold bread sticks too hard to eat and there were no napkins or paper plates I kept my order number I will find out who this terrible lady was so not customer service

They have recently added some menu updates that have made me add this place to the list of possible pizza places that I frequent. The newer crust choices for their pizza has definitely brought them up another level. While maybe still not my favorite, their pizza is back in the running.

10/07/24 Called to order pizza n got put on hold 10 mins passed by that time made it to store n store wasn't even busy very lousy customer service too busy talking to each other instead of taking care of just 1 customer that was us n the store at this time n didn't even try n give us anything to make up for their lousy service!

This domino's opens at ten thirty AsPer google maps We got there at 10 not knowing.. after checking,We waited Until ten thirty then we walked back up where the lady was in the preparing dough or something we pulled on the door she looked up at us it was locked. We sat there waiting another 30 minutes. Tried two other times periodically,door remained locked.If the store wasn't open she could have been Polite and told us so. She chose to ignore us and let us wait until 11:05am when we finally grew tired of waiting.

Without fail, this location has been hands down the best delivery pizza joint with delicious hot and fresh food!! Most food delivery places struggle with finding my apartment, but not this place!! Domino's has been a life saver each time I've been unable to go out for pick-up and has always delivered my food quickly and with ease!! Thanks, guys!!
