I placed an order for a group of our company team and I had a very disgusting interaction with this location, and to be specific not at placing the order. The gentleman was very helpful. However, when time surpassed an hour, I called to check on the status of the delivery that I had made in the first time I was hung up on the second time, I asked for the status place on an eight minute hold hung up and called back again for the third time and I asked the lady if she had checked on my status and although gave me the status. She proceeded on telling me to stop blowing up her phone because she’s the only one on a very busy day there at the location, it of course upset me ask customer should never be an inconvenience for any establishment when they’re bringing their business there she proceeded to telling me that she didn’t care and if I ordered again the order won’t be made. Needless to say, my order was never delivered and I would greatly appreciate it if somebody got a hold of me so I can get my refund!!!! It’s very important to note that incompetent people that cannot handle a busy day that they applied to should not be in that position specially when they don’t know how to communicate with customer.

I didn’t have an issue with anything but the way I was treated as a customer. I called about an order placed on line, instead of calm customer resolution…I got a manager who instead of talking she chose to speak to me rudely and abruptly. The manager also hung up on me.I don’t care who made the food , why couldn’t you as a professional speak in that manner and try listening…you as a manager chose the ghetto way and to hang up shows your lack of respect and integrity…I in no way spoke to you like that just a simple conversation would have been enough. Keep living you will learn a title means nothing if you don’t know how to speak to someone.You’re food is always nice and present well but your manager customer service is not!

It took over an hour and a half to get my food. The driver had trouble finding my house, which I understand (the addresses on my street defy logic). However, when I called the restaurant to tell them the driver couldn't find me, whoever answered was super rude. He told me that the driver was probably just delivering someone else's order. Um no...he was on my street. The guy on the phone didn't care that my food was super late, and he acted like me calling was annoying to him. I'm seriously over Domino's at this point.

We simply called the store to let them know half of our pizza was burned. A lady name Naiya, who claimed to be the manager, told my wife that if we have already eaten some of the pizza then nothing could be done. Then Nayia proceeded to say "ma'am, honestly we are too busy right now to deal with this and HUNG UP on my wife. I need someone higher than Naiya to contact me. I don't care about a free pizza. I care about customer service.

I ordered online through the app, I chose to pay at pick up because I intended to use a $100 bill. When I went to pick up my order, what Im most positive was the manner. Told me he couldn’t except my payment “because his manager doesn’t allow him to.” I luckily could pay with card. Unlike delivery though if you are not able to accept $100 at certain times, why does it not state that. And that I can pay cash, credit or debit with no mention of exceptions of $100 bills?

Great location! Always clean!!! Always fresh!! The staff are great. Very friendly and professional. They always have a great selection of pizza and dessert bars. The salad bar is always fresh and delicious. I can't complain at all. Hands down the best mazzio’s location in TulsaVegetarian options: I like pizza ?
Terrible experience. Ordered 2 pzzas for pick up. Called it in 1 pizza was correct . 2nd one was wrong. My spouse even heard me place the order & she seemed confused. Called them to let them know ow about incorrect order. They re-took order over the phone, went to pick it up , brought it home & it they got sauce wrong AGAIN & It was just horrible. Will never order from. hear again. Seemed expensive anyway. Too many pizza places to put up with this.
