I would never go back to that store again. Is all because one worker his name? Steve very rude, very bad attitude.

Gave clear instructions to deliver address for gone number and name of business and they took it to the wrong place. The driver called to confirm and said she was outside but still delivered to the wrong place. Got a refund. Simple instructions can’t be followed.

Pizza arrived Cold and late. Was sent to wrong address after I gave it to them TWICE. After the delivery driver called me to say he was in the lobby of the hotel I was staying at, I waited in lobby for 10 minutes I called him to find out where the food was and was informed they left it at the wrong hotel, then the driver hung up on me. While I was on phone with the store he showed up with the cold food, not even in the sleeve that keeps it warm, handed it to me and walked off. Terrible experience, will NEVER use this store again.

I keep going bc the food is always good and hot. Pizza was made incorrectly. Called the store. No hi or nothing. Please hold and puts me on hold. Comes back, I tell him its made wrong. Asked if I'd like a replacement. I said yes. Normally I would've just wanted a refund, but I live fairly close and I was already home. I tried to ask more questions and he literally hung up on me. I've got a pretty good idea who it was. Its not my fault the pizza was made wrong. So, im not sure why you were being rude, and I'm the one that had to use my gas to come back and get the correct one.

I called to place a delivery order this is my third order with them
The first time the order was different than what I ordered , different sauce on the pizza and not good taste
The last time I was ordering, can you give me a different price that the first two times even though it was the exact same order and he said he don’t trust me so I have to pay before getting the order therefore I always pay whenever you get in here

Called in for delivery and paid by card. Guy shows up and says $5.99 for delivery. I had $5 set aside for his tip. Paid him the delivery charge and the tip. Called the store and asked about delivery fee and told $5.99. Said he thought he told me of the charge. He didn’t, and if he had told me beforehand I would not have ordered the pizza. Never ever again will I order a pizza from Dominoes. Told the guy he should reconsider who he works for and is he willing to toss his ethics in the trash.

Ordered two pizzas and a bread, app said 15 minutes- I showed up after 20 and then they told me it wouldn’t be finished for another 25…. Kinda crazy to me honestly, almost an hour for my order and no kind of accommodation?

I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for over 10 years and have spent a lot of money here. I had 230 points saved up in my account—earned from countless orders—and when I went to redeem them, the app kicked me out. Since then, I’ve been locked out of my own account.
I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, was even given a case ID, and it’s been nearly 2 weeks with no resolution. All I need is a password reset, but no one seems able to fix it. Meanwhile, my points and my account are just sitting there, unusable.
It’s frustrating and disappointing that after years of loyalty, I can’t even get basic customer support. Unless this gets resolved, I won’t be spending another dime at Domino’s. If corporate wants to keep loyal customers, they need to step up and actually help them.
Place is amazing and so is food love the new location always takes about 15-20 mins, only gave 4 stars on service because sometimes on call it’s hard to hear them as if they were speaking softly and also there not fast to take orders, atmosphere is nice would definitely be better if it was a bit more cleaner overall amazing place should definitely try it if you haven’t.

They take too long! There is always a huge queue of carts, no matter if you order your pizza in advance, it takes too long!!!

Quality is inconsistent, I order extra cheese and toppings and sometimes it is great and other times it barely has toppings. Most times they get the order wrong. I always go inside now to check the order before I leave. Other locations I go to are much better.
