It was my first time in, and it wasn't too bad. We got the parmesan bread bites, which were perfect. They weren't overcooked and were hot and soft. The atmosphere was definitely better than the location downtown, but of course, there wasn't any music playing, which is weird and probably because they need to be able to hear each other along with their notifications. The restroom door is interesting because I had to open it by pulling it up, which the main guy there told me to do. At least at the downtown location, they tell you bye, but at this one, nobody told us to have a good day or thank you. I'm not sure if I'd return, but I did like the amount of space in the store.

I never got to order because they kept saying that my place of work was out of their way when we've ordered from them several times before and they are literally 2 streets over. They hung up on me and was very rude.
Worst dominos ever. Took over an hour to receive our delivery order and my husband had to go outside to meet the guy in the parking lot because he couldn’t find it. They gave us a 50% off coupon for our next order since it took so long and our pizza was cold. We decide to try again the next day and after over an hour, my husband calls them. They put him on hold multiple times. Meanwhile, we get a notification saying our pizza was delivered when it clearly was not. They said they had no idea what happened, so they were going to send us free food to make up for it. They said they were sending us free food after my husband asked if he could simply pick up a new pizza. Next thing you know (after 1 1/2 hours of originally placing the order) we get a notification saying that our order was cancelled and they will refund our money in 2-5 business days. So we were sitting around starving waiting for a pizza that they simply just didn’t want to make.
